You're the boss here ranging from studies to everything. My college gives an exposure to all kinds of situations and helps in overall personality development. A typical Manitian is best in finding ways in worst situations and they have a lot to talk and sway people to their needs always.

Unexplainable, don't know why they teach us outdated syllabus. Exam structure is quite helpful, at least that helps us in passing our exams. 1 mini, 1 minor and 1 major for each subject in a sem. 6 subjects and 3-4 labs in each sem.

Awesome for CSE, quite difficult for core branches. Average CSE placement ranges from 95 to 100 percent each year. Rest branches sway from 80 to 90 percent. Fancy and big companies recruit students and few PSUs even visit our college. Unpaid interns can be done under specific profs.

Many events by different societies but the notable in it is the Version ß, an annual hackathon and Chimera, annual conclave organized by ISTE Manit Student Chapter. Chimera comprise of inter NIT coding competition, Codathon; Megatreopuz, an online cryptic hunt; and quizzes in more than 15 cities making it the central India's largest quiz competition.

Expensive for general quota obviously. Govt of India decides our fee hence it is non-negotiable. It is way too cheap for people with income certificate. People above 5 lac fee suffer huge discrimination.

None. Only bank loans are provided by every bank. Being a nit it cannot provide a loan by itself. It can waive fee only in exceptional circumstances. The fee is reduced then and you can pay it later.

Labs are not at par and same goes with other amenities present here. Labs need a refresh and lack of basic funds restrain them. Many labs with different instruments are present but they lack a qualified technical person.

Tending to 0, we have learned survival skills for combat with snakes dogs and sometimes a leopard. Basic amenities like water can even be denied without prior notice. Hence we live a life of basic jugaad.

Awesome only if you're interested in interacting. We share strongest bonds with our seniors. They are our mentors and guardians. We give our best respect to them and they help us in every way including teaching us various subjects for us to pass.

JEE Mains entrance exam score and JOSSA counseling decides the entrance of students in NITS. After that you need to be present in college for physical registration which is a quite smooth process. Class 10, 12 marksheet, income certificate and all that is required.

The one who never give a shit. They are people dying for respect and give least output in education. Few professors are extremely helpful, no doubt they maintain the overall dignity of college. A professor is only helpful if you swear your complete allegiance to him.
