Remarks
The college has only one negative point that it doesn't provide good placement for the branches like civil, mechanical and electrical and the students of these branches have to work extra hard for getting their jobs by going off campus placement drives by searching themselves.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good as you will experience variety of course related activities. And there are exams held every monthe named as CT's and they help in getting good grades at the end of semester.
Placement Experience
The placement of college is good only for the cs it students where as for other branches like civil mechanical and electrical, the placement is very poor as only one or two companies came once in a while for placement. I will say the overall placement is bad.
College Events
The college celebrates various events for example at the starting of course a fresher party is organised for the fresher students. The. Various sports fests and annual fests are celebrated throughout the year. And various fests and events are clebrated throughout the session internally in the respective branches also.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure was slightly high as the yearly fees in first year was 1lakh 25 thousand. In the second year it was 1 lakh 15 thousand. In the third year it was 1 lakh 5 thousand and in the final year it was 1 lakh 5 thousand. The total course fees was 4 lakh 50 thousands.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college didn't offers any scholarships but the college comes under the state university Dr. APJ Abdul kalam technical university and the University provides a yearly scholarships of rs 56 thousand for general category students who comes from the poor family and rs 1 lakh 6 thousand for schedule caste students.
Campus Life
There are various labs in every department with good lab equipments and the lab staff was good with good lab knowledge. The gender ratio in our department was very low as there wers 5 girls in our batch of 250. There are various cultural societies like NSS in college. There was no discrimination in the name of sex, religion, race, political views in thr college premises.
Hostel Facilities
I was not the hostler as i was a day scholar but i have many friends who lived in college hostle. The yearly fees of hostel was 75 thousand and the infrastructure of the hostel was good. There was occupancy of 2 persons in a room and the warden was good by nature as he always takes care of hostlers good.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is building stronger year by year as college faculties are trying to link all the alumnis as connect them on a single platform so that they can help eachother in getting the jobs. College organised an alumni meet last year in 2019 where we have interacted with all the alumnis to make good career decisions.
Admission
I have gone through a direct admission process followed by several interviews and exams taken from the college itself. Then the result came after 2 3 days and i got a call from the college management for the admission.
Faculty
The college faculties are good with good experience and their behavior towards the students is very good. The have good knowledge of course related stuff with some real life examples. they always try to indulge with student to make the subject easy to understand.
