College Description

College is simple and sound. Faculty are cooperative and apart from academics, we have several events. almost 1 event a week, on an average. That is a very big feature of this college, which is not found in most of the places. Placement is also average. half of the students from each branch gets placed mostly. the lab facilities are not up to the marks and the overall management needs improvement in many ways.

Placement opportunities are average. General companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS visits. Q part forms these IT companies many are of Sales and BPO background. (Indore based companies). Training and Placement cell have some internship contacts but the University itself doesn't provide any. The stipend varies from company to company.

several extracurricular activities are held on a regular basis. like annual sports events and several cultural activities which are generally included in tech fests. The gender ratio is 5:1 Boy: Girl We have a big amphitheater and most events are organized there. We have several workshops ranging from technical, non-technical, cultural and also have various clubs like photography, literary, robotics, library club.

The hostels are pretty well. All are with 2 and 3 sitters. The hostel has no laundry and an average water facility. Infrastructure: 4 out of 5 facilities: 2 out of 5 The hostel has several seats. in many cases most rooms go vacant. Each room contains a bed, a table, a chair, and an almirah, all these 4 assets to each individual For PG, the average price is 3.5k per month to 4k per month. However, I lived at a PG at just 3k per month, and it is one of the best PGs in Gwalior.

Personally, I will suggest there is no benefit of the alumni network, except for a few alumni from each branch/stream. Mostly are working on simple private firms or unemployed. So any junior can't get help from it. However, those alumni who are in good positions, good companies or are doing higher education can help fellow freshers. College organize alumni meet each year to connect all the students together

The University takes admission through CSAB Spot round of JEE and by NEST also. However students take direct admission too. My rank in JEE Mains was around 72k and I chose this University through my CSAB Spot Round Counselling

Faculty are not that qualified which one expects. Most of them are Just M. Tech pass out. Some are interested in teaching while others don't even know what the subject is all about. However, some courses have good and qualified faculty while some courses don't even have 2 faculty.
