Remarks
if i remark my college so i want to say my college is very good for the students who want to study good as this place provides students a good study, teach us discipline, also have extracurricular activities, provides jobs etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course (Bachelor of computer applications) is really a very fine course as everyone in todays world knew that this is a time digitalization. And in this university a proper department is of bca and the staff is really very co operative and the infrastructure of the department is really very good.The exam structure is like firsly 3 sessional test happen every month and after that lab performanve and after that internals or extenal vivas are also considered and the average of this as the best of 2's average will be add in the final examinations.
Placement Experience
the placement and the job opportunity is 80/100 as b.tech got more prefrence than bca. whenever the companies come in my university for placements on that time bca and b.tech both streams interviews are on same day and in the same comoany and every comoany gives prefrence to b.tech first.yes, my college provides internship to the students.as they said about this earlier but i confirmed when i saw my seniors who get the internships.Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Orange, Oyo, Microsoft etc came for placements.
College Events
alot of events are celebrated in the University such as lohri function, holi fuction, diwali celebrations, etc. twice in a yearfests are also occur in which different different activites are perform and dj nights are also done once ina month.for holers there are parties or dj nights once in a month.
Fee Structure And Facilities
if we talk about the fees structure so it is feasible for some courses and expensive also for some courses.if i talk about my fees so that is 30000 per semester but itis changed for the freshers as for the freshers the fees is 40000 for per semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
yes, loan facilities are available in the college but i dont heard ever or think any of scholarship program.For the loan struture there was a complete structure as we should have to go with an application then went to bank for approval something like these.
Campus Life
if we talk about extracurricular activities so in every quater the college has some tournaments related to football, cricket, basketball, indoor games, etc.And daily we also have labs and that all were good.
Hostel Facilities
the hostel facilities are quite fare but the it is very expensive as 50000 approx per and in that a room share with 3 more students an almirah a study table a chair and for summers a cooler is available and also a bed and if we talk about the mess food so it is not too good.
Alumni/Alumna
if we talk about the camous life so the campus life is good and the gender ratio is also approx equal and if we talk aboutthe politics so here so that such parties performs actions as here it it not allowed to make parties to play the game of the politics.the seniors were very helpful as whenever we need there help they were there.
Admission
the admission process was really very simple as i knew about that already as i bought a form from the tuct shop and after i filled that i courier that to chitkara university main office addres of chandigarh and after that i got i call from there when they got my form and after that they gave me a date of interview of approx after 10-12 days.
Faculty
the faculty of the college is very helpfull and co operative and every teacher is very good in their subjects and all the teachers have masters in computer applications and some are phd also.every teacher co operates the students and every teacher has a working experience too.
