Remarks
They are very much focused on studies which are very good. But the college is less focused on fests and other things which makes students a little bit disappointed. Also, some South Indian faculty and staff sometimes don't cooperate with students, but overall they are very good.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are exams after one month called internal sessional exams. There are 3 internal exams. There are 4 Labs in a week, one in a day. However, some days are hectic when there are whole-day classes. But normally most of the days are normal, not too much hectic.
Placement Experience
The placements are very good. There is a special cell to organize placements. Average packages are very good this year, almost 6 to 7 lakhs. Companies like adobe, Kronos, amazon, geeks for geeks, and others are their in college to recruit.
College Events
An annual techno-cultural fest - Zealicon. Zealicon is full of 4 days extravaganza. More than 200 competitions are done and various artists come to entertain us. Annual sports fest - Mythri. 2 or 3 days sports competition. Other colleges are also present there to compete.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As like other engineering colleges, the fees is almost expensive. It's 120k+ per annum. It was 128350 for this year. It comprises university fees, lab fees, library, Internet, e-journals, and other various fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no scholarship provided by the college but UP GOVT. Scholarships are available. For this scholarship, you must meet the criteria decided by govt. The income must be less than 200000 for the general category and 250000 for others.
Campus Life
Labs are very good having very good equipment. Almost all types of machines are available for each branch. The college provides various sports equipment and encourages sports. An annual sports fest named Mythri is conducted every year.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel for boys has a low occupancy as no. Students and no. Of seats have a huge difference. However, the infrastructure is good. There are two hostels for boys i.e. Ac and non-ac. And there is one hostel available for girls having both ac and non-ac types of room.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are very good and helpful. They are very cooperative regarding studies and guidance. Various workshops are arranged in order to help us by the seniors. They help us in choosing various courses and extra courses like programming languages and others.
Admission
As I was interested in engineering, and jss academy of technical is a prestigious college in Noida and of Abdul kalam technical education. I got into through uptu entrance test and after the counseling process was done. It is the way I got into college.
Faculty
Most of them are well qualified and have a good knowledge of the subjects. Most teachers have done their Ph.D. and some are doing it right now. The faculty is very cooperative. They help students reaching a good position and help in various researches. Some teacher having good contacts helps in getting internships and jobs.
