College Review

College should provide more exposure to the students. As far as academics are considered, college is very good at theory as well as practical labs. But I feel college should provide several more opportunities to students for a better personality development.

The course curriculum is very much hectic and not that much focused on practical and research work. Exams are conducted for both theory as well as labs.The internal exams are conducted thrice and the best of two is considered for marks.

Our college provides good job and placement facility. As far as internship is concerned, the college asks motivates us to get internship but no such guidance is provided by them for the same. However we are all requiito do at least one internship in third year itself.

Zealicon is the cultural techno fest of the college organised every year. Mythri is the sports fest organised in the college. Apart from this students from college also participate in inter-college fests.

It's quite expensive. Not a below middle class family afford such a high fee. However mlsttof the students are from privileged background so it does not matter a lot to them. But still it is too high.

No clue as I am a general category student i have not claimed any scholarship from the college. Moreover as much as I know the college doesn't give any kind of scholarship to any students. Even the meritorious student are not provided any kind of scholarship by college.

All is good. We are provided a lot of opportunities at the lab and sports meet tk show our interest. We have great interaction among all the students the gender ratio of the college is good. To our surprise there are good number of girls in mechanical department also.

Hostel infrastructure is good but food is not upto the mark. Badminton Court and table tennis is provided inside the girls hostel itself. We are provided with four meals a day. They provide us different variety of food.

Yes it is very helpful. We all get chance tk interact with our seniors at the College and hostel. They are very helpful. However as far as alumni meet is considered, all the students are not invited to the alumni meet. So only a few get chance to meet the alumni.

I got into the college by appearing in upsee entrance exam. I choose electronics and communication engineering branch as this always fascinated me. The admission process was very simple. We were told the required documents to be verified at the college.

Faculty are very qualified. They all have expertise in their subjects. But as far as interest is considered, they are not that interested and not even able to make students take keen interest in the subjects.
