Remarks
Despite being an alumnus of this college, still, there are so many perks given to us. Overall, the college is actually good and understanding regarding the students and their problems. I am happy that I took admission in this college as this place really helped me to bring out the best of me.
Course Curriculum Overview
The subjects varied according to the course structure and are quite different from the bachelor's degree course. Here we learned about the Pharmacognosy and Pathology in my 1st year and 2nd year the subjects were Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence and Pharmacology and Toxicology.
College Events
The college promotes various kind of seminars and workshops, last year there was a national seminar on "Emerging trends and perspective in pharmaceutical science" held which made our concept about recent discoveries and potential events. Apart from this, the college also celebrates World pharmacist day every year.
Campus Life
My college had a super safe environment with better hostels, a library or a reading room with an ample amount of books and journals and the place where we would sit read and study during exams. Also, the college had KMCT Hospital where there is a Drug information center for the research and practical sessions.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel accommodation was very important as the commuting was possible and also the beds and the rooms were very comfortable and we also had study table apart from these things the water cooler and the mess were hygienic. In short, the hostel was safe for both boys and girls.
Admission
For admission in the diploma in pharmacy I applied after I finished my class 12th in PCM from Kerala state board and the best part was I scored good marks in the best four subjects and hence, the admission was easily done.
Faculty
The faculty and the staff all promote good understanding of the core subject and practicals. But apart from this, their subject knowledge was high level and most of them were well qualified. Also, they were polite enough to clarify all our doubts regarding the subject matter.
