The place where i've learned about my Passion of Life

The good thing about the college is everyone in the KIOT/KBSS management is helpful and thankful. They are doing their duty to serve society. All staff (teaching and non-teaching) are helping the students to achieve their goals in an effective manner. They are a mentor to make students good in their attitude.

All courses and curriculum are as per the anna university norms and also they provided extracurricular activity with the current trend which helps me to update my knowledge. The management also arranged the industrial visit where we can get them in and out of the process of it. Which helps me to link studies with the practical life.

First I got my paid internship in Scope-knowledge. This is because of my Director Mr.Stephan who initiate this process and successfully placed in this firm for an internship. And finally, in the final semester, I got placed in Accel Frontline Ltd (Now known as Inspirisys Solutions), Chennai with 1,80,000/annum after attending 6 levels of interview. The package which I got, in the beginning, is less but the experience I got in that firm is priceless which raised me as Customer Project Manager in the MNC called Hewlett Packard.

All events conducted was helped me improve my Leadership skills and to manage and organize the big event with a low budget. Each and every event has celebrations along with Management Skil learnings. In the events we the students will lead from the front and the Staffs (Teaching and nonteaching) will listen to our ideas and suggest/help us to correct if any mistakes. There is no dominant, first, listen to the students and proceed to the plan accordingly. It was a great experience in my College during those events.

I have joined in the management quota and the fee structure is a bit expensive for the middle class family as like me but the result they gave in me was priceless. Always remember if you get something you have to invest something. I have invested the money with the help of my father and in the end, all went well.

KBSS gave me the freedom to interact with my Seniors and Juniors. They will also be allowed me to attend/participate to do the projects// culture with my seniors/juniors. But all the above diversity is divided by the invisible line and has a rule that everyone should follow the same. We can be freedom but do not take any advantage. Rules and regulations are written and followed strictly in the campus, so it is secure for everyone.

All are still in contact and they are helpful when in need. All my batch mates, juniors and seniors are my friends and they are for me and I am for them when it needs,

I have visited the college on 3rd September 2014. My father told me about this college and after visiting the campus I also admire it. After that, I have visited the college principal Mr.Srinivasan sir and he explained the college history. He state that KIOT/KBSS founded by the Professors and it's true and they are passionate about it.

Faculty are their pillar of the management. Each and every faculy are friendly and helped me to correct my mistakes and also encouraged me to do the things towards the goal in my way. The management also arranged the Faculty from the Industries like Mr.Satheesh Krishnamoorthy specialized in Marketing, Mr.Kathoorirajan specialized in Strategic Management and Mr.Srinivasan certified in SIX SIGMA. Those people helped me a lot along with the professors to grow up in my career.
