Remarks

University is good but it should focus on placement criteria and management that's where they lack. Having 2.77 acres of land doesn't makes a university best but a higher ROI makes it best. They should fulfill their student's needs and wants in terms of placements.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

It's a Central University, hence the value of its degree is more than any other university. However, this university lacks in terms of placements, I do not recommend doing any professional course from here. This university is only good for bachelor courses like BA, B.Com, BBA, etc. So I recommend doing your MBA or B.Tech from somewhere else having good placement opportunities.

Placement Experience

2.5

As told earlier, placement opportunities are not good when I passed my B.Com (Hons) I was offered a job in an insurance company with a package of around 2L per year. This faculty guides the student in getting an internship to complete their project.

College Events

4

University holds many cultural events every year. There are many conferences and seminar which held and attended by many notable persons. University is also visited by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the degree distribution ceremony. There are also many dance shows like Kathak etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is very nominal you can do entire B.com Hons in just 90,000 rupees. And there are also scholarships available so you don't have to worry about fees at all. There are no additional fees if you want to join the hostel then only they will charge you hostel fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not taken a scholarship but any student who want to get scholarships has to show his income certificate and caste certificate. Only the lower caste student gets scholarships.

Campus Life

4.5

This university is quite big in the area so the buildings are quite far away from each other. Students here are good and helpful, there are many sports activities conducted every year. The university is famous for its Central Library which has thousands of books in it.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they guide you to complete your course smoothly. This is an anti-ragging university so you will not find any senior bullying juniors.

Admission

The college conduct its own entrance test which happens in the month of June every year and the session starts from August last week or the September first week if any student want to take admission in BBAU has to fill the form which comes in May.

Faculty

4.5

Talking about B.Com (Hons) there are 6 semesters and approx 1440 lectures overall in which you will get notes from the faculties, assignments and further assistance. The faculty will also help you in motivating you to prepare for competitive exams, they will guide you with what to do after your B.Com. They are experts in their field hence they teach very well. There is also a summer internship project in which you will be guided and go through the actual work experience in an industry

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.Com course curriculum in my college is quite relevant and well structured. It covers core commerce subjects like accounting, business studies, and economics, which helped me choose this course. The syllabus mainly focuses on building strong theoretical fundamentals, which is useful for students planning higher studies such as M.Com, MBA, or professional courses like CA. The curriculum prepares students reasonably well for academic purposes, but there is still scope for improvement in terms of real-world exposure. More practical learning, case studies, presentations, and industry interaction would make the course more skill-oriented and career-focused. The college follows the semester system with internal and external examinations conducted regularly. The exams are of moderate difficulty level. Students who attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and study consistently can pass and score good marks.
