Remarks

Bhu being the capital of knowledge is one of the most prominent universities in India. It provides a very good environment for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Our course with specialization in retail and logistics management provides huge exposure towards the retail market Nd logistics area driven by modern technology and management approach towards the great career-building plan. This consists of six semesters Nd year-wise internship program with the brand likes reliance retail and all.

Placement Experience

2.5

Being a specialization in retail and logistics management there are companies that visit our campus for placement drive. The retail company like reliance retail and vmart also offer placement opportunity for the final year students. Our faculty members help us to groom in a way that might able to provide good support towards the placement. Lastly, a good number of students get placed in different organizations for a quite decent profile. As I have done my summer internship from reliance retail and future group big bazaar.

College Events

5

In our university, many cultural and ethnic events take place around the year to provide, enjoyment and participation for exploring oneself. The events like spandan and Disha are held each year. There are many inter-faculty and other competitions for the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Bhu provides a vast and groomed education system with a very decent fee structure. Our fees are very comparatively low another management college. The college provides scholarships for poor students and the fees are not much that will ever worry any student.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, the college doesn't offer any separate scholarships but many of my batchmates opted for the different government scholarships.

Campus Life

2.5

The gender ratio is quite unpredictable as it gets changing year by year. But the ratio may be between 60:40 boys is to girls ratio. There are decent lab and library for the students with a huge collection of books. There are many inter-faculty sports events that take place for the students.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Banaras Hindu University is the largest residential university with huge numbers of hostels for boys and girls. As the hostel are quite good and cheap as compare to the private hostel. Each hostel is provided with its own accommodation which consists of the bed, table, fan Nd all the needy ones. The bhu hostels also provide mess services which consist of both veg and nonveg food as per schedule.

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors are very helpful towards the passing necessary information form the academics to the internship and placement.

Admission

After getting done with my 12th in commerce stream, I opted for this university. As we all know bhu is a big brand in itself only. In the month of February the forms where out, so I went through all processes and completed my online application. In May followed by all India entrance test.

Faculty

4.5

There are almost 10-15 lecturers, with each having great industrial experience and teaching experience in their specialization. Our teaching faculty consists of the mix, from young ones to the old educational players. Our lecturers are very supportive and helpful towards the students, for giving shape to build the right future.

Placement Experience:

BHU is a well established university in every department. But some are less developed like DDU kaushal kendra RGSC BHU Mirzapur. After internship in 4 semester students become eligible for campus placement. There are limited company and agencies releted to Hospitality and Tourism Management are connected with us. About 3 to 4 lakhs of average platform if someone also actively looking forward to and only half of students get placement. Due to the not only companies but also at student end they are not capable for service industry with required skills sets. I am now planning to pursue PG in management courses from central university like BHU DU UoH etc
