AIEEE interest in electrical made me choose that stream over other options as I had other college preference for this course but for the rank that I secured I could got only 2. 3 options left only among them I found Nit Jamshedpur only to be good for this core branch.

Till date our college only provides internship only for CSE students the stipend offered is quite good I.e 10000 for other branches and streams, the respective branch heads are in process to initiate this from next session and going by their way it will be definitely commence from next summer.

In terms of placement and job opportunities we are ascending every year in terms of no each year we manage to call around 150 200 companies to visit our campus by the first half of placement season we manage to get around 60% of eligible candidates placed every year we have some new companies adding to our list of recruiters with some exciting offers apart from our past recruiters also.

There are many grpups, societies that is managed and run by our student representative these societies comes under single umbrella in organising any fest in college that is recognised as national level we have two main events technical as well as cultural that last for 3 4 days each there is sport meets organised every year also many small college level events are organised throughout the year to get our students engazed and develop their talent side by side.

Being deemed university and national level government college we have affordable fee structure this year MHRD has decided to hike fee for Nits but that is only semester tuition fee our college institute fee are very reasonable no hidden cost is their all is mentioned on college website very transparent system.

Yes we have state bank of India branch in our college so that students don't have go farther for loan process scholarships are provided by state domicile college for students for tuition fee and also institute fee.

Our campus life is extravagant full of life we have freedom to do anything we want in our college from curriculum to cocurriculum to extracurricular activities gender ratio is bit poor in no that is the case with every good engineering college Nits and IITs apart from college life, hostel life is special part of our journey in B.Tech we have well equipped hostel with all necessary facilities and it has been recently renewed.

Our alumni network is our strenghth our college pass outs are featuring special in every field from core engineering to finance to software their guidance has resulted in making our college a place where company wanted to come and recruit in numbers.

Our college faculties are highly qualified in their respective field they are very lenient in terms of marks in exam and helping you out at any stage but as the problem of shortage of faculty that is in every Nits including IITs also sometimes it becomes
