My college

It's heaven. I can't forget the memories made there the late night studies, class bunks, cricket matches, lab malfunction, hostel parties, tough exams, tea point gossips, tech fest and cultural fest masti. It's a very long list.

The course is same as the rest of the country's technical College's course. However it is been enhancing year by year and many more stars are getting added in the account of our college. Like our college is going to get NBA affiliation soon. We have all the facilities available here.

There is very scarce placement in our college. But it is increasing by each batch. Now the college also feels like to maintain their name so they are also working in this. No internships are provided by the college however if you are going to join any online or outside internship the college is very supportive in this.

There are several events organized in our college. Techfiesta - the tech fest of our college which is about 4days long comprising of several tech events in our college. Both the college students and outsiders are allowed to take part. And winner of each events have several grand reward. Uddharasha - the cultural event of our college about 3 days long comprising of several cultural events like singing, dancing, film making, drama, etc. Here also participant are awarded with certificate and the winners are provided with both medals/trophies and cash rewards. It is only for college students. Annual sports - it is 2-3 days event for college students that too by branch wise. Several sports as cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, foot ball etc are organized. Beside these several local festivals like saraswati puja, vishwakarma puja, farewell, induction, new year's Eve, Christmas are also celebrated.

The overall fee structure of our college is quite moderate. However there are two types of seats are available in college on the basis of rank in entrance exam. The good rankers can get govt. funded seats which costs about 15000/year and the rest can opt for paid seats which costs about 80000/year.

No scholarship are provided by college how ever you can apply for government scholarship if you belongs to sc, st and obc category with family income less than 1 lakh. You can get loan by banks forgour studies.

Several extracurricular activities happens in our college such as Table tennis, cricket, volleyball, football, kabbadi, singing, dancing, technical workshops, debates, quizzes etc Labs are well equipped with all the instrument and TA helps students for their lab works.

The hostel is quite good with all the basics here. It costs about 12000/year without fooding. 3boys are alotted a room and all them get individual bed, lockers, cubboards, chair and study table. Mess facilities are available with monthly charge basis.

The alumni network is quite weak but I have got a recent news that the college is going to create an alumni meet which probably will help in making it better. And we might get to see some benefits from it in future. Beyond these the seniors within the college are very supportive and helps us in every field.

I have appeared for the Jharkhand Combined Competitive Examination. There I got 1200rank and called for counseling, in which I have choose my college and branch. And then I got admitted in the college.

The faculty are quite good and supportive. We have TA for labs & APs and Professors for our classes. All the lab and workshops works are handled by the TAs. And the exam related theory classes and the basic knowledge are the fields of the APs and Proffesors.
