I passed my 12th exams from wilson college which located at town charninroad.
Internships Opportunities
I did a internship with a start up where i was paid 12000?. I was working a pr. it was a good experience that i had. I got to learn so many new things about media and had a hands on practice of social media marketing.
Placement Experience
theTcollege has a separate cell for placement and job opportunities which keep on organizing events like job mela and there are certain teachers who makes announcements and write it on the notice boards if there are any vacancies in any organization.
College Events
We have total number of 3 mega events that are celebrated every year 1. zeala inter-collegiate cultural festival of guru nanak college which usually happens in jan is a two days festival where students from other colleges around mumbai come participate in all the creative and fun packed events the fest attracts total numbwe of 1500 students every year.Media fest its a media festival organized by bmm students of guru nanak college.Kala utsav- a intra college cultural festival for the students of guru nanak college to showcase their talents also college recently completed its silver jublee and it witness late dr. abdul kalam as a chief guest followed by a series of lectures by dr. raghuram rajan (governor rbi) dr.kumar ketkar(renowned journalist) dr. raghunath machelkar dr. kiran bedi.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is fair enough for course we also have scholarship and fees concession system. The normal fees charged for a year is 15000? which is payable with most of the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
No we don't offer any such facility as far as i know may be they have this plan working in the future for the students who want to do any particular course but are finally not strong.
Campus Life
Guru nanak,college has a wonderful broad and spacious campus with free wi-fi available.Students in a free time come there sit and have fun some do their regular college assignments while others,do anything they want. the college campus,is secured by cctv cameras
Hostel Facilities
We don't have a hostel but we do have a beautiful canteen with variety of dishes available for students to hope with a decent price.
Alumni/Alumna
Guru nanak college has given the mumbai university its toppers in bmm in the recent years and some are in the making. people who have passed out from guru nanak are working with reputed firms at a good position.
Exam Structure
We have total no of 6 semester in the 3 years course which includes sem 5 and sem 6 of boards of mumbai university.
Faculty
Its wonderful you have best of facilities teaching you the subjects who have a worked in the industry and have core knowledge about it they also help students to get internship in various media firms and jobs after completion of the 3 years course.
