Remarks

The infrastructure of our college was good and the campus life was amazing. The facilities provided were good and well maintained. The professors were amazing and friendly with us. My overall experience at this college was good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of our college was good, detailed and it was a 2-year duration trimester based course. I chose operation management as my specialized area. Our exams were conducted at the end of every semester.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities in our college were good. Many leading companies visited our college for campus placement. The highest salary package offered was Rs.14 LPA and the average was around Rs.7 LPA.

College Events

Our college celebrated various occasions like Independence day, Republic day, etc. and one of the biggest events in our college was the "Lamhe" fest, it was a techno-cultural fest and different types of competitions and other programs were held in this fest.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities like sports events, cultural events, freshers parties, farewell parties, competitions, seminars, etc and so many more. Different types of clubs were also available and industrial trips were also organized.

Alumni/Alumna

There is an alumni cell in our college that takes care of the alumni. Our college also offers scholarships for alumni. The seniors of our college were also helpful and friendly with us. Our college has zero-tolerance on ragging.

Admission

To pursue an MBA course my admission was based on the CAT entrance exam. I took the test, fill out the application form, took the aptitude test again and for the last process, I went through a personal interview.

A peaceful college life,

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was very good. The specialization which I chose was a very new concept and this university provides that particular specialization. The teaching methods were also very good with experienced teachers and weekly presentations also with different assignments.

Uttaranchal University is a gemstone!!

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Campus life

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

Placement Experience:

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Insights of the college through student eye

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

Beacuse of its placement and its education system the staff are too supportive and train the students for their job campus and in 4 yes of course it provide 6 months of training experience and before 6 months of degree they provide campus placement

LIFE IN IMS UNISON
