Seeds of my sucess

I was an average student in school then I was the topper in college, now I am a successful entrepreneur. I got technical knowledge on product development only through my college professors and laboratories. I am produly say that I am a product of KIOT. I thank my college for all the opportunities given. I strongly suggest that it is a very good platform for the students who are all willing to succeed in their life.

The course curriculum not only consists of usual subjects but also technical things towards the development of own products. They have introduced a concept called "MAKE A PRODUCT" every year we make a new project in our field with the use of given knowledge. Exam structure was very effective because of PET and IAT procedure.

I became an entrepreneur now. But my friends were placed in superb companies like Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra, kone, etc. In my batch, 97% of students who opt for placement were placed in various IT sectors and core companies. Now I can hear that my friends are happy by building their own house with a good salary.

Every year we celebrate, Annual day, sports day, Technical Symposium, women's day, Teacher's day etc. It would be conducted for the whole day. We were very happy to participate in every event. Annual day take 1 month of time to complete all the technical, non-technical events and culture.

Fees are comparatively feasible with other colleges in our region. They have given complete transparency in the fee breakdown. We paid fees in 3 terms over the year. This is a great thing that management give time for middle-class students to pay their fee. There was no additional fee was collected except nonformal courses conducted on holidays.

I had an education loan which was taken in our region bank. The college offered a scholarship of 3000/year. The procedure was quite simple with just an application form and mentioning community details.

Gender ratio will be 6:4 male and female respectively. Our college has many special labs for robotics, product development etc. We realised that there was a very good decipline over gender. They had conducted many non technical trainings and motivational talks to develop our interpersonal skills.

We have a very good network of senior and junior. Every year they conduct alumni meeting where they get our feedback and support. We could also know what friends are doing.

I was wondered to know that Knowledge Institute started by professors. I have visited laboratories and Infrastructure. I strongly believed that I could get enough support from the college towards my dream. The admission procedure were very simple and took a few minutes.

I had attended many guest lectures which was conducted with Industrial experts, Workshops were conducted by qualified persons. Technical and non technical training also was given to all students without any addition fee. We very much utilised our E-yantra laboratory to develop our own ideas into comercial product.
