My MBA Journey

Syllabus was carefully crafted in order to mentally prepare students not only for taking management jobs in India only but Internationally. Our course initially consisted of theory classes with a topping of guest lectures and presentations. Endless assignments would make your day pretty hectic but in the end, it all seems worth it.

The placement process was pretty great. The entire placement cell was very supportive. The corporate tie-ups they had were very useful. This helped in providing the students with a necessary corporate exposure. Many big brands like Audi, Croma digital, lemon tree hotels, Zycus, Trident India, etc. were among the frequent recruiters from our campus.

During the session, youth festivals and sports day are celebrated extensively. The curriculum was neatly created by maintaining a balance between academics and sports activities. Different symposiums, seminars, and many other happenings take place in our institute.

My one year fee was around 62k per year which was pretty nominal and budget-friendly. This fee included my registration fee, examination fee, and tuition fee. There were no hidden charges. The canteen food was also in our budget and overall all day to day expenses were pretty nominal.

Sports activities are limited in our university since the curriculum kept us that busy. Apart from that, we got to attend some youth fests and seminars and guest lectures. We even participated in the inter-college delegation competition.

Admissions in IMS college are on the basis of MAT exam. A merit list of the qualified students is prepared on the basis of the entrance exam scores of the students. My name was there on the second merit list and the next step was document verification.

The faculty was most talented and without their support, it would have been difficult to get through with this course. Both the teaching and non-teaching faculty were good and we learned so much from them. They would constantly push us to consider entrepreneurship.
