Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is fine i suppose. Since it is VTU based hence the course can considered as standard university course.Not much focus was on research until i studied at the college but in the recent times. There have many people opting for Phd in various department which may be a good thing for the new students since faculty quality will increase.
Internships Opportunities
No, until my time at the college, there was no intership process and if we got one outside we were not allowed to go for it since there was percentage restriction on the attendance from the university.
Placement Experience
At my time, not a single company visited the college campus. Whatever placements happened are only through pool campuses. Where in students from Global Academy of Technology (GAT) have to go to some other college.
College Events
A college fest is organized at my college, sometime in March. It's termed as an intercollege festival but who's gonna climb up hills to attend an unexceptional college fest. So it finally turns out to be an intra college one.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is again as per VTU standards for the students coming in from CET that is now i guess 41500 And for the students coming in from Management quote have to shell out around 1.25 lac per year currently which is also standard around Karnataka.
Campus Life
It's an average college and thus most seats are taken by average rankers from CET & UGET. Although they may be not be great academically, they excel in sports as well as other cultural activities. Students from North-Indian states are said to form atleast 50% of the total crowd. And, there have been many competition over the years which will try to keep things exciting at the college but terribly fail to do so.
