Remarks

My overall experience at this college is good. The campus life of our college was amazing and the infrastructure of our college is also nice. Facilities like free wifi, air-conditioned classrooms, library, labs, etc. were provided and well-maintained.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of our college was good, it was well-structured and updated. In the first academic year of the course, we studied our core management courses and in the second year, we studied the specialized area. I opted for Human Resource Management. We studied stuff like recruitment, economics, etc.

Placement Experience

The placement cell in our college provides 100% assistance to the students. The maximum salary package offered was Rs.5 lakhs and the average was around 4 LPA and the minimum was around 3 LPA. Companies like HDFC Bank, Hindustan Petroleum, HCL Technologies, etc. visited our college for placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fees for the first year were ?1.04 Lakhs and for the second year, it cost ?99,200. The tuition fee cost ?86200 for the 1st year and the same goes for the 2nd year. The other fees cost for the 1st year was ?18000 and ?13000 for the 2nd year.

Campus Life

We have alumni meet, Competitive Events, Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp, Guest Lecture, Industrial Visit, Outbound Trip, Workshop, Conference, Management Conclave, etc. and there are also different types of clubs like Sports Club, Social Club, etc.

Admission

I took the CAT entrance exam to get admission in this college. Then, I was called for counseling conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. And I chose this college among all the other affiliated colleges.

Faculty

One of the reasons why I chose this college is the faculty member. The faculties of our college were one of the best faculties ever, they were understanding and hardworking. They have experience in teaching and also corporate experience.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

Go for DU SOL instead, save your money

I have visited many colleges other than BCIPS including maharaja surajmal, MERI college, guru teg bahadur college, JIMS vasant kunj they all are affiliated by GGSIPU and i cannot say that bcips is better than any of them in any aspect. I took admission in BCIPS because I fall for their Marketing and ranking hype I gave two more exams other than IPU CET, DUJAT and FYIJ but as i was not a ver brilliant student so i didn't got admission in DU and I chose BCIPS the Admission process is very simple they accept IPUCET for BBA, anyone who has given IPUCET is eligible, there is no cutoff or rank issue they give addmission to all ranks still struggle to fill 120 seats the admission process is very simple give the exam wait for result visit the college complete the formalities submit the fees and you are done...Read More

BCIPS: The Good, The Bad, and Everything in between

I have filled the form of IPU CET and also applied for other colleges. My CET rank was 5500 and I have to apply for this college. To apply to this college you have to give the IPU CET entrance exam and fill out the preference sheet. If you have a decent score or rank around 8000 you can easily get into this college.
