I was looking for an institution which would lead to a holistic development process. Although in India B- Schools are dime a dozen, however selecting the right b-school for one may often become a pedantic task for one. Post MAT, 2018 MYRA organised the One Day MBA event in Kolkata where it imparted its offerings and lessons in a nutshell, touching open some of the hot topics of today viz blockchain, industry 4.0, marketing management, future of Google etc. This gave me a quick run into what MYRA imparts in its management curriculum and how it connects it to current industry needs. At the same time it also gave me an opportunity to meet some of the stalwart profs who went on to become our mentors in the program. Getting through the admission process requires a good GDPI performance, a stipulated entrance score cut off, extracurricular achievements and prior work experience.
