Remarks

The college in general lives up to its expectations with an excellent faculty and an optimum educational experience. The management of the college does not live unto its name and there is a need for greater transparency as well as a better connection with the students is very much necessary.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course offered by the college is extremely unique since it offers a dual degree of B.Pharm alongside an MBA degree which gives students a very clear insight into the machinery of the pharmaceutical industry. The curriculum for the B.Pharm course adheres to the PCI curriculum very strictly and the MBA course plays an emphasis pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry. The exam structure followed is 2 internal assessments in the form of sessional examinations and an end semester exam counted as the external assessment.

Placement Experience

4

The college has received the Best Placement Brochure Award and Institute with Best Academic and Industry Interface Award by Business School Affaire and Dewang Mehta National Education Award. The college strives to enable the students to get jobs where an optimum of their abilities and skills are utilised.

College Events

4.5

The presence of four varied committees gives a backbone to the college. The sports committee, Excalibur always reminding us that health is a priority, the nonprofit organization Kshamta, the cultural committee, Isthmus-Urjja allowing students a medium to express themselves and The External Committee TEC facilitating intercollegiate events and interactions.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The dual degree course of B.Pharm combined with MBA Pharma Tech costs 3.5 lakhs p.a. While this seems exorbitant for a pharmacy bachelor's degree, it is compensated by the MBA degree and amenities and facilities provided by the college. The mode of payment accepted by the college is by demand draft for the first year and via RTGS/NEFT transactions for subsequent years.

Fees and Financial Aid

Chancellor's challenge aims to promote an entrepreneurial community on campus by eliciting the innovative and entrepreneurial minds in the students through which they would be able to inspire, ideate, explore and build upon their dreams.

Campus Life

5

The gender ratio for the college is 1:1. The cultural diversity is extensive and covers almost all of India as well as outside the boundaries of our great nation. There are plenty of extracurricular events occurring throughout the year. The national-level debate competition Controvolting takes place in the latter half of the academic year and attracts multiple students with thought-provoking topics.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students are very helpful and considerate and always ready to assist the juniors in any of their endeavours or issues be they academic oriented or personal life-oriented.

Admission

The entrance exam required for admission to the college is the NPAT exam. The results are conveyed via email with our rank and an admission form if the said student has qualified. The admission involved is initially online but followed by the presentation of official documents and fees in the form of a demand draft given at the college on the specified date.

Faculty

5

The faculty is well esteemed and professional with most of the teachers being PhD holders and with experience in the industry. There are 45 lectures conducted for each subject with 15 tutorials. The average age of the faculty is around 40. The matter is taught via PowerPoint presentations as well as textual matter and is well explained.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.
