College review

My college SNDT university was the first place wer I was taught to hav confidence in myself n that was the first place we’re I stood in crowd n spoke without hesitation I m very thankful to my travel n tourism ma’am u built that confidence in me n from there I hav made my future bright I have appeared interview after my college with same confidence which led me for a successful career. As if now m a house wife but m satisfied with what I did in my life n my college is the most positive aspect of my life because there I GOT WINGS.

Since I choose travel n tourism management (tt) I was quiet fond of it I use to enjoy learning abt new places we also had option to go on domestic trips it was wonderful. Exams wer as usual termly n for tt we use to make projects at end of second year we wer sent for interviews for internships for 3 months n we had to submit report of same wen we start our tybcom those wer my best days.

Dey don’t provide placements but Yes, we do hav internship we wer sent to various travel agencies for a 3 month internship wer we get to learn airline system n various other things related to ticketing n after that we hav to submit a detailed report of our internship as well.

We hav ttf travel tourism fairs in navratri we hv garba n dandiya event we hv stare day we also hav dresses exhibitions from fashion designing department we hv DJ night n the participation is not only college but we give passes werin people outside college n family members of students also participate.

The fee structure is very feasible it’s not very expensive normal people n afford it And we have to pay it in installments also Dey provide train passes for free for students on student concession for free to commute everyday.

The fee was quiet feasible and there was no need for loans so I never availed one and I don’t have any idea if they offer any such services as I never needed it so never checked for it but it is a girls university and they hv many schemes for girls but I hav no idea for dat.

Our college is a girls college n it had all courses to offer for girls also they every now n den hav various orientation for girls as in sexual orientation, NCC orientation, social service orientation there are many there wer speakers called to discuss dad to day issues in all we had a healthy environment while studying.

No I haven’t opted for hostel in this case as I use to stay in Mumbai itself n use to commute by train with friends to college so der was no point to opt for hostel stay. But my friends use to stay in hostel n I just know dey had specific timings to get inside hostel after those timings Dey wer not allowed in.

We were a huge sum of students so interaction with seniors was a difficult for students but Yes, wen we use to have our travel m tourism class of which strength was Aprox 20 students we wer very familiar with our seniors also we use to take notes from den n help for projects as well.

Wen I completed my 10th I filled up form for Sndt university n my name was already on list for commerce wen I completed my 12th I tuk in - house admission for 13th in same college der we had to choose a supplementary subject so I had option of short hand n typing and travel n tourism management (tt) so I choose tt as I loved to travel n was fond of it I purely got admission on merit basis.

The faculty is very qualified all the teacher r mostly female n quiet approachable each of dem try to built in confidence in u to face the world dey also have seminars on various issues also we have a travel tourism fair wer in we put up a fair representing countries.
