Remarks

The college peovides a very good environment for studies and also helps the students in gaining various knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview

Its curriculum is based on the ICAR, there will be 8 semester with a minimum of 7 courses in each semester, exam will be conducted after 105 working days for each semester including practicals.The exam duration is 3 hours and for practicals 2 hours will be alloted,after practicals viva voca will be counducted.

Placement Experience

The university will provide for the placement also they will help in arranging campus interview and help in placing the students in their respective fields. They also provide training for the students in their model plants. They also offer internship for the students in and around tamilnadu and also in nearby states.

College Events

Conference, culturals, sports meet, college day, hostel day. Each year these events will be conducted and students will actively participate in these events.They also celebrate all the religious festivals and also the national milk day and food day. They also organize cultural program for the nearby school childrens.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure will be feasible for all kind of peoples. They also offer incentives based on caste and first graduate students. There will be exam fees and tuition fees which will be around 8000 for general category and 5000 for all other students based on their caste.

Fees and Financial Aid

There will be scholarships provided for the students. They can apply for the scholarship through the college.

Campus Life

The gender ratio will be almost equal say 10 girls and 10 boys. They provide extra curricular activities in sports and also conduct workshops for students.The faculty guide their students in participating the workshops through some innovative ideas.

Hostel Facilities

Yes i opted for hostel, the hostel will be very good with attached bathrooms in the rooms and there will be generator facilities and the lodging fees is oly 1000 per year and food will be provided in the hostel mess and its fees will be around 2600 per month.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors will interact with the students very well. There will freshers party for the new comers and farewell party for the seniors that will be celebrated every year.

Admission

I got admission through counselling, It is the only government institution offering food technology so i preferred this institution. First apply for vounselling through online,then attach the required certificate, post the letter to the institution, wait for the call letter, once call letter is arrived you can attend the counselling on specified date, if your score is as per required by the university you will be selected.

Faculty

There will be approximately 20 faculties in my college and their ages will be around 30 to 35 and their qualifications is master degree with phd. The lectures will be very much informative and industry oriented.There are around 20 non teaching faculties who will work for the labs and various other activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.
