Remarks
Studying at L. N. Mishra college was an amazing experience for me. I enjoyed it a lot and learned numerous things during my course duration here, I completed my MBA from and got placed in a good company through on-campus recruitment drives.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite good and follows a practical based approach too. Examinations were held at the end of the semesters. Apart from that, the college also held internal evaluations for the evaluation of the individual performance of students.
Placement Experience
L. N. Mishra college has a good placement record and many top companies like Wipro, HCL, Infosys and Deloitte visit the college campus every year for hiring. Many of my classmates got placed early as started earning on internships. The average package offered was 3 lakhs per annum.
College Events
The college actively participates in sports and other co-curricular activities. Fests and different seminars, workshops are also held in college on a regular basis. The labs are well furnished and are well managed with proper equipment and tools.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for L. N. Mishra college is quite expensive, being around 3.84 lakhs for the whole course duration. The fee paid during the first year is around 2.7 lakhs since it involves registration charges among other things. For the second year, I paid around 1.77 LPA. The hostel charges separate from these.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are multiple scholarship opportunities provided in L. N. Mishra college to meritorious students who perform well academically or in sports. There are also government scholarships one can apply for, during the course to received scholarship.
Hostel Facilities
Our college provides good hostel facilities, the infrastructure of the hostel is quite good and the rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The food served in mess is also quite healthy and wifi internet is available in the whole hostel. Registration for hostel facility is required to be done at admission time.
Admission
For taking admission in MBA, one needs to be a graduate and cleared any of CAT/ XAT CMAT/ GMAT or any other entrance test of equal importance. I had good scores in XAT to be eligible for MBA here. I applied to the college site paying a registration fee of Rs. 1200, and was called for GD, which I cleared with ease, and after a short interview, I secured a seat for course MBA in L. N. Mishra College.
Faculty
The faculty was quite good. The faculties were quite professional and always supportive of us. The teachers were quite skilled and highly qualified which helped us a lot during our course duration as they perfectly knew how to help/guide us in certain problems.
