college review.

Everything is fine with college except with the faculty as far as I feel. they should be trained a lot. the lecturers should take more interest in teaching the students. the lecturers should strive hard inorder to teach each and every student in a manner they can understand.

Course was excellent. exams was their for each semester that is the exam were their for every 6 months tat is at the end of each semester. Each and every semester had two parts - one is the internals and one was the externals. internals was an average of 3 class tests. externals comprised of the lab exam and the written exam.

Placement was good. with many companies like Tata consulting services (TCS), Robert Bosch, Larsen and Turbo ( L&T ), Mu sigma etc. their was also a placement training centre for getting better placemts.

There were many technical events and seminars happening every now and then. as for the cultural events their is a cultural event taking place every year called Maitri. I involved in one of the years of Maitri as a volunteer. I little did my bit with the designing things as well as few arrangements. the cultural fest Maitri was huge with arrival of few celebrities. the fest gave opportunity to every one to take part.

The fee structure is nominal when compared to other colleges. their is two types of fee structure for a paid ( management quota ) and a merit seat. Both are nominal as the college is a government aided one. In my merit seat I paid the initial admission fees and later paid a fee for every year. the admission fees was nearly INR 30,000 and the every yearly fee was around INR 25,000.

Scholarships was based on their merit and marks. loaning facility is also available. Loan facility is also easy. the college will provide the estimation of the fee structure through which a Loan can be availed.

Labs are good. good encouragement for the sports and cultural activities. Practical labs are huge in area. they are very well equipped with the latest gadgets.

No hostel. I went to college from home. I Had friends who were put up in the college hostel. the hostel has good facilities with the provisions of good food, library, stay etc.

Seniors are good. Alumni is nice. seniors are friendly. they look after of all the matters. they also used to buy opinion from juniors. Their used to be student forum elections.

I have done by Bachelor degree in telecommunications stream which is quite realted to elecelectronics and communication. My course taught a lot about both electronics and communication. the course taught all that involves in a communication to take place. the communication might involve anything like media, txt, speech, image, data transfer. two types of communication techniques analog and digital. detail study about both techniques in-depth. course was a four year length.

The faculty is very qualified. their teaching interest is good. lecturers must take more care into teaching and see to that each and every student understood the subject perfectly and got a hold of the subject completely. they should strive hard to teach a particular topic with simple and understand able way.
