Glimpse of Amity

Amity University is fabulous in infrastructure. It also provides excellent faculties. It has a central library with world class facilities. Only the thing which they took extra is fees which seems higher than any other University.

In Amity B.tech course is same as other colleges but here you will read 3 extra subjects such as communication skills, behavioural science, and one foreign language. It will give you extra skills. Courses are semester wise. Exam are taken by Amity itself.

Placement is good for CS and IT students. IT companies coming with mass recruitments. But for other branches placement is little worried about. Because very less recruiters coming for other branches. No, my college is not providing internship.

Many events occurred in Amity such as Fresher's party, Anual Festival, and some small events. In annual festival, a big celebrity will come to make it bigger. Sometimes Amity bring foreigner celebrity also. In India it is single University to call a foreigner celebrity. Indian celebrity comes to Amity to promote their films.

Fee Structure of Amity is expensive. Here fees are taken semester wise. One semester fees of year 2011 is Rs 87500 and it increases every year by 5%. It increases to Rs 105000 in year 2015 of my last semester fee.

No didn't take any loan. But You can take loan from any bank, Amity is a leading university. You can easily get loan. You will also get scholarship if you are in top 3 in your class. Rank 1 gets full fees wavied and Rank 2 gets 90% fees waived and Rank 3 gets 80% fees waived.

I did B.tech in mechanical, as everyone knows in mechanical their is shortage of girls. In my class 4 girls and 56 boys. But in other branches ratios are good. In Amity you will gets students from all over the world.

No, i didn't opted hostel. I took PG which is nearby to college. They took Rs 3000 for Non AC and Rs 6000 for AC rooms. Rooms are good they provide many facilities like wifi, drinking water, cooler etc. If you pay Rs 3000 they include your two time food with free breakfast.

In Amity University interaction with seniors is just like interaction with elder brother. In Amity University they never took ragging of their juniors. But they are caring to their juniors. They provide their books to juniors free of cost.

I got admission through AIEEE rank in 2011 But you can also get admission in this college by giving entrance exam taken by Amity University itself. Post that a small interview is taken. After that you will get admission.

Faculty of the Amity are fabulous. If you are taking lectures you will pass without reading at home. They teach very deeply. They also help for GATE aspirants. In Amity you will never do mass bunk because of their interactive sessions.
