Placements are damn good in this college. More than 350 companies visit it every year. Since college area is less, so there is not so good culture for evening sports but since it's Bangalore, you have a lot of opportunities outside the college like truff, swimming pools etc.

Course structure are very well designed. Courses are placed parallely with labs. Talking about exams, there are three internals followed by lab exams then followed by semester exam in every sem including the fastrack semester.

Placements are good in this college. More than 350 companies visit every year with 48 lakhs being the highest package. Many companies visit college in third year for providing internship and give them stipends too.

There are mainly two events, tech fest in the odd sem(mainly in the month of September) and UTSAV (cultural fest) in the even sem(mainly in the month of march). Utsav is theone of the biggest college festival among colleges of India.

For kcet students, fees is nearly 80,000 which is a lot feasible but for comedk students the total fees is 2,01,100 and for management quota fees is donation+2,18,800.Since, comedk and management fees are very high, its not feasible for many students.

As far as I know, there is no scholarship offered for the students. But ya, you can avail loan from different banks as per their norms. I haven't availed any scholarship because there are none but you have options for loan.

Extracurricular activities are average in this college. Labs are well equipped and up to date. Sports opportunities at college level are good but for entertainment purposes, you need to find a solution either outsides college or in other colleges. Gender ratio is approximately 1:1.Students parties are not very often, atmost 2-3 per sem. There are lot of cultural socities and ya there is no discrimination among students, neither by teachers nor by students themselves.

Hostel rooms are good. Few are single sharing, few are double sharing and few are triple sharing. Since hostel seats are very less, many people go for pg's. Pg's average monthly cost from 10,000-15,000 (with food).

Seniors help in lot of ways and ya, BMSCE being such old college has a very good alumini network all over the world. Talking about seniors, you will get guidance from them in everything, from academics to non-academics.

Faculties are very well knowledgeable and most of them are phd's. You will find many of them interested for their subject and are always ready give some extra in their specialization. If you have an eager to learn, you can really find many good professors always ready to help you out.
