Remarks
It’s a very good college which guarantees a good placement at the end of you your degree which is one of the prime fight for engineers. Every doesn’t get one job there are more than half of the folks who ll get more than one job offer also which is really commendable
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure is good. Exams and labs kept us busy. Every week we have labs for all the subjects and exams use to be every month. It use to be continuous assessment so that we can learn much better
Placement Experience
Good job placement opportunities. Many companies come and each give a stipend of around 20-30k. Overall it’s a very good experience. We learn a lot from this experience before actually working full time.
College Events
We had team for each and everything and the best fest which used to be a collaborate effort from all the department was 8th mile other than that each department use to have Individual fests as well. Cultural feat was separate as well
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure was feasible as it was government college that time and they use to give hood scholarship also every year to the top students. The fees did change over the 4 years but it was affordable
Fees and Financial Aid
College use to provide college to each department topper every year. On top of that there were scholarships for folks whose family income was less than 100000 so that they can afford the fees and can learn something from the college
Campus Life
They are very good and they have all the supports for both boys and girls. In order to have a good college team across all sports for both boys and girls they organise inter department matches as well.
Hostel Facilities
Boys had 4 different hostels for all four years so that there are no ragging and all friends from same year can spend time together. Infrastructure was descent and we had to share room with 2 other folks every year
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is very strong and every year during placement time the compiles which would come would ve on or the other folk from RVCE only which is a very big advantage. The alumni meets are conducted every quarterly
Admission
I got admisssion into this college from comedk exam. This is conducted in Karnataka and anyone across the country can give This exam and can apply for all the colleges that are in Bangalore and affiliated to vtu
Faculty
Highly qualified faculties who had in depth knowledge all the subjects they were teaching. They help us do really good projects which can later be submitted as an ieee papers or as parents which I liked about them
