Review about my University

Overall I would not recommend anyone to go to this college. Because the college management will not help you in any way. You will suffer even if it is your mistake or even if the college management did any mistake. If you talk to any student currently studying they will also give you a hundred reasons not to take admission here. If you are in any problem then the college management won't help you and that's final. They didn't even pay the cleaning staff of the college for which they protested also. And one of the worst problems is the local students who are ready to fight with you for no reason at all and a lot of other students who ruin each and every fest and party organized in university.

I have Choosen this course because I always like computers, and it's my childhood dream to be a computer engineer. The best thing about our course is it has many options, but I am not confiscated to one thing or job. I got many options and opportunities in the same field, which improves my chance over others. I think I have a passion for this field, so I have Choosen this course. The college should improve its teaching methodology as it was a bit more focused on providing knowledge rather than completing quiz, assignments, etc. There is only one major fest here named Galgotias Unifest, and it is decently big. Last time we had Jass Manak here I guess, and it was a decent fest.

It is a fantastic university for B.Tech in computer science course because its placement cell is very good. This year, almost 97.6% of the students got placed in different companies. Many companies, like Amazon, Telco, Tata, Wipro, etc., visited here for placements. The lowest salary package offered this year is 3.8 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 30.28 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tata and Wipro visited our campus for our course placements. Many students, i.e., about 76% of the students get an internship at our college.

Course curriculum is vast and full of knowledge for lads but there should be more practical approach when it comes to mechanical stream rather theoretical. Exam structure consists of 4 exams in a semester. 2 sessional exams of 50 marks each and mid term and semester exam of 100 marks.

Fee is I think feasible as compared to peripherals institute and quite gud faculties also but not fully supportive environment and there are not providing any short of institute scholarship. As this versity is cheap and best

As you know the priviate university doesnt give any scholorship but you can pay the fees in installments but before the end term examination you have to pay the full other wise no chance for admit card.There are various scholarship s and loan facilities provided by my college but I don't have much knowledge about this.Because I don't need any loan facility for taking admission in this college.But my college offered these facilities also.

There are all types of events celebrated in my college. There are 1. Technical workshops 2. Diwali Fest 3. Holi Fest 4. Lohri fest 5. Valentine's day Prom Night 6. Hackathons 7. Rangoli Competition 8. Independence and Republic Day 9. Unifest -Annual Fest 10. Yukti- Annual Departmental Fest

Hostel have so pathetic infrastructure and poor management. And food is also very poor.They are really good and they are various activities or lab programs which will help a student to enhance his knowledge required in his profile.This will definitely help a student to enhance his skills and knowledge.

The interaction with college seniors only depends on the individual student's nature only. My experience with the seniors was very good and as a senior also my experience is also great.Yes, the Alumni are also active and in touch with their juniors as the college hosts it's alumni meet every year and greets it's alumni students, students are also connected throught the LinkedIn to all the Senior passouts and alumnis which makes a good network.

I have taken admission in this college directly. And anyone can get even you haven't performed in 12 no problem galgotias for everyone. There is many sort of examination also being conducted. But I think there is no use of that

All the teachers are not bad, but most of them are mediocre. They give us the question paper for midterm and end-term exams coming from the question banks. No one knows how teachers check copies. The exam cell is unreliable. If you have a good relationship with teachers, then you will get good marks. The course is up to date, and they try hard to make students industry-ready. But the fault is at the teaching level. Teachers always threat students that they will cut our marks in the exams. Techniques devise by the college are just basically to harass students. Students have to maintain at least more than 75% of attendance, if not, then you are debarred, and you can't sit in exams. You will have to wait till summer breaks and give them an insane amount of money for each subject only to stay here and give the exam later. Their rules tend to change frequently, and no-one knows what's happening. To get one work done, you have to go from one place to another. The course is relevant, and if someone does works smartly with the course, then you will get a good salary package.
