Course Curriculum Overview
Annamalai university was one of most ranked university in India, it's have unique centralised instrumentation lab it consists various equipments and every department have separate labs. In exam structure is based on two type internal assessment test for 25 marks and external exam for 75 marks( 3 hours). Practical exams also like that same. Exam days is not a hectic it was very chill because of the staffs are student friendly
Placement Experience
Every year university conducts job fair to all faculty students and it is wide opportunity to students. lot of companies participate in job fair so many students won job placements with good salary. In annamalai university providing internship for final year students in different industries and scientific research labs. College Events
It is biggest university so all departments are conducting seminars and symposium. other than that university conducts Earth day, water day, pongal festival, Christmas, ramzan and etc. During science day it will be conducted as a cultural fest of whole university
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's is government university so fees structure ruled by govt. Fees all are feasible even hostel fees is also low comparable to other universities. Tution is rs. 7000 for unreserved category rs. 400 for SC/St category. Fees relaxation for SC St students. Library fees, sports fees all are low below than rs. 100.
Fees and Financial Aid
Rajiv Gandhi fellowships, post matric scholarship, special scholarship for hostel students. If loans also available because it's a government university so easily got sanctions of loan. i got a scholarship of rs. 8000 ever year it is useful to my education.
Campus Life
In annamalai university main extra curricular activities are Sports club, in pavilion volley ball, badminton, tennis, basketball courts are there, 400 m track is also present. In annamalai university Ncc, Nss, Rrc, youth red cross, consumer club are presents
Hostel Facilities
In annamalai university having 12 hostels both boys and girls separate hostels. Rooms are not like hotel but it's comfortable to students, good bathrooms, hygiene kitchens, and TV rooms also present, not strict hostel no warden torcher if you feel like a home. Food quality and quantity is good
Alumni/Alumna
Annamalai university alumni club is conducting lot of workshops and placement training program, career guidance programs. Mainly interaction between alumni and students are very less but they helping with the alumni club.
Admission
After my schooling, I fill the online application of my college and pay the application fees through online after that call letter sent by university to my address. in call letter date of counselling and time, amount of counselling (not refundable) will be present, admissions only based on merit list and also reservation is applicable
Faculty
All the faculties are completed doctorate in specific field and also knowledge of handling new equipment, continuous process of knowledge gaining. All are student friendly and also gives subject materials after that taking syllabus. Finished syllabus in right time, teaching with advanced methods.
