Remarks

Positive - Here the academics is good, infrastructure is good. Fees is feasible. Placement is good Negative - sports is not good, hostel food is not good. If your are a hostel only 2 times you can go home.

Course Curriculum Overview

Civil department in sastra is not awesome.but it is good. I am currently studying 3rd year in this College. Labs are good. It depends on your Interest in civil. It is you where to use it wisely or waste your chance

Placement Experience

For civil placement is not good enough. Sastra is meant only for TCS. Whatever course you study in sastra you can join IT companies easily. Every year minimum 500 people from our University got placement in TCS alone

College Events

COLOSSIUM- it is a sports event celebrated in our College. Colleges around Tamil Nadu will participate in this event DAKSH - it is a technical event. Many workshops will be conducted KURUSASTRA- it is a cultural event will be conducted.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is feasible. Per semester fees varies from rs 55000 to 65000. Comparing to other Colleges fees in this College is low. It is feasible. And College is providing some scholarships also based on your academy performance

Fees and Financial Aid

Here sports scholarships are not available. Only if your academy performance is good.l, you will get scholarships. There many scholarships like hostel scholarships, scholarships for academy fees and other government , ngo scholarships are accepted here

Campus Life

Sports is average in our College. There is no coach for all the sports. If you are are sports person then sastra is not the place to join. Here students have to practice themselves. So sports facilities is not good

Alumini meetings are held in the College and a group as been created to get in touch with the alumini.They share their knowledge and experience with us and help us by giving their contacts and mail ids

Admission

I cleared jee exam and had the required 12th percentage. The sastra University will conduct their own counseling program. There are 4 stream.yhe students are called based on their marks from higher to lower.

Faculty

They are good. Whenever we have doubt they try to clear that. Not all faculty classes are good. No University can provide that. Some classes are boring but you can meet the faculty personally and clear that doubt

Fees and Financial Aid:

Students through councling receives great offers in fees structure and for toppers having 190 +cutoffs get more offers like 50000 off over all fees will be 6-7lakhs for 4 years ,and moreover the fees was increasing year by year for the demand of this course and for management students the the donation for the courses is varies for example for cse course the donation will be 4lakhs and fees will be 3.8lakhs for other courses the fes structure will be varied the best part of this college is the food on a week only Friday we will have veg and for all other days we will have nonbeg

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Yaahh I had appyfor other colleaes also like lpu ,vit, EAMCET.. reason is why iam not joined in that college is to 1.in lpu I got seat alsoo but that college is soo waast and for me it will be more distance.2.in vit i didn't get cse so I rejected it .in EAMCET i am not interested I got below 20k rank but...not went to that .
