A College which has very less facilities.u can only get a job through this College.U have to work hard.Infra is not good.neither they hve sports ground.nor extra curriculars.no student clubs except E cell and robo club and aero club
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses curiculum vary by branch to branch.however despite heavy course.one gets very much time to do a lot of stuff.Labs are frequent.Exam structure is easy.one midsem,one endsem every semester.each year has two semesters.so Its fun.One can get good numbers easily.
Placement Experience
The placement for all branches is good.there are total 13.With core branches see less placements and non core have more.internships are for only non core.Core branches find internships by themselves.Some branch like electrical and electronics hve negligible plcement.however students of these branches appear in software and other companies.
College Events
There is a cultural fest called Adhyay and sports fest aagaaz.There is not much as the fest have just begun annually.but its improving.There is much intereference from teachers and barriers are in the ground fro girla and boys during dj night.many Colleges participate.There are other small events celebrated.there is also a E summit.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible.they have increased the fees.its now 135000.U have tution fees security and maintenance.there are scholarship though.Fees is only one time affair.It includes exam fees.however one has to pay 1000 to appear in back exam paper
Fees and Financial Aid
One can avail Up scholarship.second is College scholarship given to students whose family has no father.A second scholrship is for needful meritorious students who perform well in 1st year.A set of documents is required and patience is required for scholarship.
Campus Life
Gender t is good.Girls get equal opportunity as boys.there are no parties officially.students can themselves party though.student diversity is nil.Since HBTU accepts students from UP only.Rules are strict for ragging and Girls security.College is expected to start student elections from next year.rest there is no discrimination on basis of anything.
Hostel Facilities
1st year and 2nd year hostels are good.3rd year is bad.final year is good.there are bed chair tables almirahs lights fans all in good condition.hostel has a single canteen which closes by 9 pm.hostel gate close by 10 pm for boys and 8 for girls.34 mb free wifi is given everyday.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is really strong.Alumni are nice and understand students hardships.they surely help to get one placed.Alumni are in well respected position and an annual meet is scheduled every year for students to meet alumnis.
Admission
The admission process is just like JOSAA.Hbtu does its own counselling.Only students of UP are allowed.After counselling Spot round is held for vacant seats.I had 58089 rank in mains.I got electronic engineering by spot round.one can get their fav branch in spot round subject to rank merit and availability of seat
Faculty
Faculty is highly qualified.but they are arrogant.Students need to be very humble and polite.Atttendance is very important.expect no doubt solving.Classes are fun.dont fight with staff.HOD is your God.
