Jharkhand 1st forensic science University

The College doesn't have its own campus currently it running inside the shree krishna institute of public administration building though the the construction of University building in under process in khunti district.

We have semester system followed by 2 mid SEM of 20 marks and one end sem exam in each semester. In order to improve the research process of students we have dessertation of 100 marks in 6 th semester. And I think it is the first College which promotes dessertation at bachelor level.

No it doesn't provide placement however tries to provide internship at state forensic lab but the students of another course therefore Bachelor in computer application and cybersecurity had qualified exam of SAP and TCS

Every year on 2 nd of October on the occasion of University foundation day Event called " PARIPAN" is celebrated in which students make models of forensic science and provide scientific awareness to ranchi city people and police personnel.

Being a government funded University fees is very minimal. It's 15000 per year excluding semester exam fee which also very less 300/ per sem. library fee is 500 which is one time and refundable at the time of completion of course.

Being a government funded University government scholarship is provided. Jharkhand government provide E- Kalyan scholarship to students belonging to Obc,Sc,St background and apart from this College provide scholarship to metorious students which 5000 per month.

The gender ratio of boys:girl is 60:40. The University provide visit to state forensic science laboratory, Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry & Allied Sciences, state prison and model police station in order to provide practical knowledge. Many of the students of University belongs to tribal community however the universe is determined for the welfare of tribal people. University conduct special course for the tribal community "Tana Bhagat" and provide them direct recruitment in jharkhand police.

Many our seniors had went to reputed university like NICFS, SAGAR, BHU, GFSU, DU to pursue there masters. They remain repeatedly in contact with us and provide us guidence in our dessertation work and general study related queries.

I got admission in jrsu through a entrance test followed by group discussion personal University and after this you have to go through a mandatory medical check up.the reason I took this course because I was always fascinated towards the crime and criminal justice system so I thought that I should study this.

The faculties of College is well qualified and had qualified Net exam. They have done there education from reputed central university like delhi university, sagar University and Banaras Hindu University. They are very helpful and support students in every possible ways. They promote research work
