Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum has been made by the autonomous College with a bit change in the course and syllabus offered by GTU. Course structure is better and focused. Exam structure has been made with two mid semester exams and one end sem exam. Along with viva,practicals and assignments.
Placement Experience
Many companies like L&T,linde,TCS,Reliance,Perfect VIPs,Crest,Sanmar group,Collevra,MG motors,Electro therm,Gateway,Infochips,Byju and many many more companies. Average package must be around 3.5 lakhs.
College Events
Udaan is the festival of our College. It has lots of technical events and cultural. Our College also participates in Volcano which is inter College competition every year. And we have been winner for the most times.
Fee Structure And Facilities
BVM is basically a government College. So most percentage of the seats are GIA. However there are SFI seats. Not for all branches but for mechanical 30 seats and some beaches like EC and IT. Total fees is around 120000/-(Nearby)
Fees and Financial Aid
Not officially offered by College. But people here uses scholarships like Elecon,mysy.Students also avails scholarship of their own casts organization.Taking loans and all is totally depends on the one who is applying. College doesn't involve in that.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is about one third a girl per boy. Mechanical workshops is the biggest workshop of any engineering College in Gujrat. Sports activity is done every year. There are lots of games like cricket,football,volleyball,badminton etc.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is good for the College. College oragnises alumni program every year. College has got many esteemed alumni like A.M. Naik who is Chair-man of Larsen and turbo groups. There are many faculties who has completed their graduation form BVM itself.
Admission
Choice by Reputation of the College. Went through merit cut off list to get the admission. JEE and board results both were taken into the picture. Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya Engineering College is a grant-aided engineering institution located in the educational town of Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat, India. It is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University and became an autonomous institution in August 2015
Faculty
Very well experienced faculty. Average experience of faculties is more than 15-16 years. Lots of faculties are working here since 1985. Their experience pays off. And it also helps new faculties to groom their basics of teaching.
