One of the oldest engineering College in Rajasthan

Students who have interest in engineering can go for this College. Specially those of Core branches like civil mechanical etc. This College is known as the IAS generator College. Records are made here like top ranks in IAS and GATE and also in public service sector.

As this is course with a lot of opportunities so there is a lot to know and learn about so it totally depends upon the student if he/she wants to work then the day is going to be hectic or else it just chilled.

There is a great placement opportunity for mining branch the placement ratio is very high. For technical branches like cse, ecc etc its 1/9 almost. For job opportunities there is only one way that's off campus or had to struggle there a lot because competition out there is very much. For mining branch internship is fully provided by College and no internships or suggestions are provided for other branches.

Encarta is the technical fest of Computer Science and Information Technology department. It is held every year in December starting. A lot of events and workshops are organised in this. Some other fests are also held in College.

The fee structure is very feasible any one can afford it. Its 15500 per semester for GAS(Government Aided Seat) and 30000 per semester for SFS seats. Girls and SC/ST quota students are sometimes have to pay just half of the fees.

The College's alumni association frequently announce scholarship for needy and scoring students also. There is an interview after the merit least declaration and then through some screening process the deserving students are granted scholarships. Some other scholarships are also provided which are provided throughout the graduation.

There are many clubs for different types of activities. Any student having interest in the particular curriculum can go for the clubs. The clubs are highly active and run on regular basis. Time to time workshops are organised on relevant topics which guide and help understand the particular branch better. The election for student Union leader occur yearly in September October month.

Many alumni had launched their career in very great way students get to meet them through some events and seniors are also very helpful. They also tell about the professional life of theirs and how has it been different after the graduation and other stuff.

I was always fascinated by the technology in my childhood that was the very first reason I decided to go in this stream, later on I started to take interest in computer in software and hardware terms. This was the moment I knew what stream should I choose. And then I came to know about engineering so after high school I took a crash course and cleared jee mains. It is the entrance exam for engineering in government Colleges. Then I applied for MBM through REAP and select the computer science course and I got a seat in this very branch. MBM is famous for Civil Engineering and Mining also but I already had decided to take CSE course. That's my journey till now.

The faculty are very helpful. But one has to show its hard work that's when they see potential in you and start guiding you for betterment. If student doesn't show any interests or not hard working then they can't expect to be helped by faculty.
