IIT Delhi: worth the dream

There are more of mixed reviews about my College as a whole if you see there more positives including,food,infrastructure, quality of education,and facilities including different sports ground and many clubs to take part in.

Course is quite moderate if you study regularly.Exams are subjective,there are three exams a semester two minors and a major exam the major exam has highest weightage and there may be quizzes. According to course policies.

Being a premiere institute of country it has best placement opportunity among other Colleges in india.During vacations people come here for internship in different engineering fields and even if you aren't placed on campus than there are many opportunity off campus.

There are plenty of programs happening throughout the year but the annual fest rendezvous is biggest College fest of North India with a very high participation from all over the country and concerts of big celebrities.

Fee is quite moderate considering the quality of infrastructure, course, teachers, food,hostels,shops available here.Its almost 100000 per semester for tutions and upto 20000 for mess per semester it is bit expensive but there are many scholarship.

Here there are two banks(SBI and Canara) available which provide cheap student loan if you want and there are many scholarships.for sc-st students there is complete tution fee waiver and if their income is below 450000 then there is also free. Messing and for others there are many other scholarships like MCM etc.

There are plenty of opportunities in extracurricular s here there are many clubs made here for different things similar to what we call as society,you can associate with them and pursue your any dream.

Hostels are pretty good ,the service you get here is excellent there many courts inside the hostel itself excluding the ones provided by institute.the food in the mess is pretty good you won't remember your home.

Seniors here are very helpful in every possible manner you say they help you in academics and taking part in different clubs and ragging is almost negligible or I must say it's not even there and there are great alumni network in my College.

I got admission through JEE-advanced.first you need to clear jee-mains and then score high marks in jee- advanced for admission,after result you have to come for counselling through josaa in any of the iit and lock your choice which you have to select just after result in given time frame.

The faculty here are really talented they are very good at their field most of them are PhD degree holder from respected institute of world.they provide their own material to study through pdfs. they are always ready to help.there may be bit lackuma in teaching skills.
