Remarks

College is good as it offers different varieties of courses, so many good programs which enhances our knowledge. But they are sometimes too much judging. They will do harsh actions for simple problems.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is good but practical labs are not helpful for our studies. The internships and projects as per our curriculum are very helpful. As the world is now more depending upon solar power, our course is more concentrated on it. Exams are good.

Placement Experience

3.5

There is a one month internship programme at every even semesters. It is the most helpful time in a student's academic. They can enhance their practical knowledge and skills. Based on my experience, that was a golden period in our curriculum. They provide placement in their possible ways.

College Events

3.5

Cultural Programmes are very less in our college. There is international albertian knowledge summit and expo. Both these programmes are very helpful and almost every students participate in these. There will be always any programme in our college but no cultural kind.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Almost all courses doesn't have fees. Only self- financing courses have fees. In my opinion, the fee for our course is a bit expensive as there is not much equipments or facilities in our course. Almost every lab equipments we have is not working now and they are not doing anything about it.

Fees and Financial Aid

As my course is a self-financing we don't get any scholarships. I don't think that is fair because we spent most money and we don't get any help. Other departments get eligible scholarships. There is no loan facility offered by my college.

Campus Life

3

There are so many programmes in my college. But one problem is that most of the programs are department wise or involve only few pupils. Sports are conducted every year inter department wise. There is union day, college day, arts fest every year.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are so helpful. They help all the students in every possible way. They give us advices, share studying materials with us, etc. We often meet them. They maintain a good contact with the college. But we rarely meet aluminis.

Admission

I wanted to study about Renewable Energy. I am interested in it. This course was only available at this college. So I didn't think of any options. There was Allotment process and I went there and got selected according to the merit list.

Faculty

2

Faculties are not qualified enough. And we don't get teachers with enough practice as this is a new course and there is no teachers who has studied renewable energy. There are only few teachers in our department all of them are engineers.

The main aspect that peak my interest towards this course was it's 60 to 40 percent carriculam were 60% theory and 40% theory and also we only need 14 marks for passing out of 40. The exam are conducted at the end of semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum had so many unnecessary subjects that had no connection with our courses like psychology, zoology etc. They could have avoided that. Jewellery Designing students also had to study advanced minerology . Which in my opinion was a bit unnecessary. Apart from that i learnt to improve my drawing and rendering skills. Learnt about new types and also the history of jewellery Designing. Tools and Machinery used.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Usually, in our coarse, we follow updated curriculum about food processing technology. We do also have food analysis on our practical classes 3 days per week. I have chosen this coarse because I believe that food processing technology era is growing drastically and we can see lots of opportunities in the same field itself. Improvement can be made in the curriculum, so that they can also include food laws , importance of food in india and world wide so that students will get to know more about the syllabus and food processing technology. The frequency of timing that we get inbetween the semester exams is about 4-5 months which is pretty enough to cover all the portions that they have taken and we can calmly prepare for our end semester and exams very well.
