Remarks

Our college is good at teaching and other activities. It is perfect to build someone's life. It is great for those who really comes in college to study because our college is so strict about rules. Fees we are paying for this college is worthy.

Course Curriculum Overview

I took admission in computer engineering. Course is as provided by Gujarat Technological University. There are some other subjects like Personality development is in our course.There are 3 exams in total.1st and 2nd exam is taken by institute and 3rd exam is taken by GTU.There is also viva and submission at the end of the semester.

Placement Experience

I am not qualified enough to get a placement but I heard so much that my college have very good placement.Around 85% students got placed in our college. The highest salary is 18 lacs and lowest salary is 2.5 lacs.

College Events

There are so many events celebrated in our college. The biggest event is dhoom.This event is basically competition of so many things.There are lots of sports and activities to participate. College also organize workshops for students. Students can also organize activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Parul University is private college, not government college so it is expansive. You have to pay lot to study here.If you take admission in management quota then you have to spend so much money.If you want to study here at low cost so you have to score great and take admission in government quota.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college provides so many scholarships like national scholarship scheme, pragati scholarship, post matric scholarship etc.BoB,CBI,RBI etc banks have given recommendations for loans to students. College provides scholarship to ST,SC,OBC categories first.

Campus Life

Our college organizes so many activities and workshops. College supports sports and encourages students to participate. College also allow to take part in competitions of different city. There are workshops for career guidance, personality development, to achive success in life etc.

Alumni/Alumna

Our senior are so helpful.Things like ragging never happened in our college. They help their juniors and freshers. Sometimes we have to work with seniors but they never pretend like they are superior and they always cooperate with others.

Admission

I searched for admission pin and took it from the bank.I created account on acpdc site and entered my information and Choose my college as first choice.I got admission in that college by merit list.I heard that this college is very good in teaching so I took admission in this college.

Faculty

Faculty of our college are so good in teaching. They are qualified well. They have helping nature and they are always ready to help students.They also encourage students to take part in different activities and workshops.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student
