College review

Overall rating of the college can be 7 on the scale of 10. As ground bis being used for some construction alternative option should be provided and lenience in the rules is being a dream of the students.

Course curriculum was old in my time which i don't feel that effective compared to the updated curriculum which is very good and in effect from past 2 years. Coming to exam structure we will have 3 internals in which they will consider best 2 and an external exam.

Around 150+ companies will visit every year out if which most are from IT sector. About 1000 students are placed in day 1 (4 leading IT companies) companies in a week. Highest package in my patch us about 28Lakhs.

Colloseum- national level sports fest Daksh- technical fest Kuruksastra- cultural fest These are the major events in my college. Department fest like Hinges, ScanIT, Sakshma and events conducted by various clubs in the college are worth participating

Fee is very feasible compared to other private colleges. It was around 60000 tution fee per semester for my batch. Hostel fee is very reasonable varying from 10000 to 20000 depending on type of rooms. Mess fee should be paid every month which will be around 3500.

Bank loan provided by PNB at the time of counselling and college will offer merit scholarship which is based on yearly academic performance and hostel scholarship based on campus discipline and following rules.

Extracurricular activities are very good. My college has very good lab equipment in all the departments with student to equipment ration if max 5:1 and min 1:1 and nice sport facilities with football, basketball, handball, badminton, vollyball courts and a seperate gym for men and women. Recently cricket ground is being used for new academic blocks construction

Hostel capacity and infrastructure is very good. All the type of sharing rooms are available and the process allocation of rooms is online booking (this is the case for almost all the allotments in the college)

Seniors are very helpful and they are like friends. I was afraid about ragging when i joined but i didn't face any hard situation bin my 4 years. Seniors interaction in clubs and bin the department fests gave me a good experience

Admission will be of 2 categories. 1 is based on +2 marks and the second is based on combined waitage of JEE mains and +2. A merit kist of applied students will be made and called for the counselling.

Faculty are good and teaches in easy way except few. They are very friendly and helps in every way possible. Some faculty are not that qualified and can't teach all the courses but the process of allocation of the faculty to a particular course is very bad.
