Remarks

Cultural events are very less here.mainly they will be focusing on studies only.only yearly once there will be cultural day or sports day that too intercollege i.e with other colleges like bds,nursing,homeo and all.Faculties are really professional here.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is anna university based. So there will be 8 semester. Teaching is very good but it is strict. Laboratory is average but teaching is very good.we can explore many thimgs.campus is really nice.Infrastructure is fantastic. Fasilities are also really good.

Placement Experience

Placement is average here.Most of the companies are bpo companies and only one or 2 it companies will be coming for recruitment. Then all other will be offcampus drive which mot every one can attend. Because it is purely based on marks and with no history od arrears some time. Better dont depend on campus placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is 1 lakh per annum for management quota students. For others i am not sure. But they will ask for other things also. So total expense will be around 1.5 lakhs per annum and food and other book expense will be additional. So expense will be really high for engineering course

Fees and Financial Aid

I have opted for educational loan. But please dont go for educational loan I have availed 4 lakh and paid 5.5 lakhs in total So interest will be very high There is no scolarship.option here You have to pay fees on time Otherwise they wont allow in class

Admission

I got admission through one agent. We went to college and gave application.Then they shortlisted and i got admission.The minimun criteria for admission is 60 percent marks in plus two exam. They will review your vertificated. They also do admission through entrance examination so which is ourely based on marks.

from 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement there are lot of companies who used to visit our campus like microsoft gives 15 to 20 offer, amazon guves 13 to 15 offer , accenture gives a lot of offer like 30 offer and many more in recent year placement 64 lpa is highest and average of 12.5 lpa they use to offer forSDE role in last year 93.14percentage of total student get placed my plan is to get a full time job as software developer

INSIGHTS OF BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

BIT : A Freshman's Perspective

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is average over all. 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Tata motors, Tata steel, Nathcorp etc. The highest package is 6.5L and average is 3.5L as per profiles offered. 60-70 % students getting placements.

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

The real pride of dumka

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass

The admission process was offline. forms has to be filled up which cost 1000rs as registration. application form is available on the main building of the college in 2nd floor.
