College with great infrastructure in peaceful area

Very good College withe great infrastructure in pollution free zone. Faculty and management are not that much of supportive and friendly in our college days. But they are good now because I heard very good things about them from my juniors.

In our college the course curriculum is similar to the curriculum in NIT's and IIT's. We have three semesters every year and in our B.Tech 3rd year we have internship as 3rd semester. Our's is a six year integrated course(puc+B.tech).

Only IT companies and some core competencies had come for placements. ECE and CSE department students have a better chace to get placed. Our college provide internship, I've done my internship in some sugar company and they didn't pay anything.

Every year we have some fests and cultural events in our college. In our B.tech days some of the mechanical students gone to IIT Mumbai for robot competition and won 2nd prize. But our management didn't conduct any inter college competitions.

Fee structure is feasible compared to other colleges.40000 per annum combining hostel fee and tuition fee. In 40000 around 35000 will come through fee reimbursement from government. Some banks like SBH provide education loan for less interest rate.

I took loan from state Bank of Hyderabad. After graduation I paid around 42,000 in which I paid 17000 to college and 25000 to state Bank of Hyderabad. My caste is BC-D, some of my friends who are from upper caste have paid much more than me because scholarship had come based on caste.

Every student in our college has to take up any sport or NCC along with studies and it is included in our curriculum.one has to finish this as course because at the end of the semester we have viva on our extra curricular activity whether it is sport or NCC.

We have great facilities in our hostels.all students have to be in hostels, there are no day-scholars. Three students have to share one room and beds are provided separately. I give five stars to my college hostels.

In our college we are the first batch, recently we have created alumni network and give suggestions if anyone asks. In our college we have one organisation called Helping Hands which is running by students. This organisation collects money from students every week (10 or 20 Rs) and use it for any emergency for students.

I got admission based on my 10th class score. Students who got good score in 10th class are eligible to apply, College management will select students based on score and caste. Students need to have very good grades in English,maths and science for better chance to shortlist.

In our B.tech days, the faculty were fresh postgraduates from IIT's. They have no teaching experience, so somehow we both struggled in our staring days. But later they picked up themselves and guided us beautifully.
