Remarks

Yes, college is very good. They provide proper course with knowledge faculties. Conduct proper semester exams , labs , live projects , infrastructure is very good, college is very well equipped with latest tools and services

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was good. And it consists of 8 semester. Each semester has 3 lab paper. And research work to be performed in 6,7 and 8 semester. Exams and lab were hectic as we need to perform a lot of work and assignments.

Placement Experience

Placement was good. Most of the MNC companies comes for the direct recruitment. college has tie up with MNC for providing internship. But the internship was without any stipend. Since the internship duration was of 2-3 weeks

College Events

College conduct Cultural fest one a year followed by monthly technical programs. The technical programs were of inter college level. So many different colleges performed together and show their skills.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Annual fee was 97000 for the B.E. course and it's feasible. Apart from annual fee there is no any hidden fees. Bus and food were provided free of cost. There is nominal examination fee of 100 per paper.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes scholarship are provided. Sports person were given deduction in annual fee and gifts were also given to the department toppers. Yes loan facility were also provided by the college. They have tie up with leading banks for providing the same.

Campus Life

Lots of extracurricular activities are provided by the college like sports , tournaments , live project discussion , lecture form international profs, gender ratio is 2:3, workshop were provided with proper guidance

Hostel Facilities

Yes, hostel fee was 30000 and only one option of 5 sitter without AC. although hostel was well equipped with all modern facility like RO water , wifi , daily newspaper , tea and juice , playground, weekly movie in open theatre

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, alumni network was good and we were team up with our alumni for the projects and alumni guide us properly. They were very helpful and discuss the current market situation and current knowledge required.

Admission

Through entrance examination conducted by University. Need to fill online application form from the University official website MCQ based questions were asked in the exam followed by personal interview. MCQ were based on class 11 and class 12 syllabus.

Faculty

4.5

College faculty were well qualified. Most of them were P.hd holder. They have good knowledge of the course. Discuss on going current projects and help us to understand the basis concepts and properly guide for the same.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Life in Sathyabama

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

How is life at Sathyabama?

I applied VIT , st Joseph's College, then anand institute of technology...i chose this because of campus and the students I talked to them ,they said it is too good andthe placements were also good too .only thing you need to study from the first...and then this college fees is good compared to other colleges as Sathyabama offer food and bus withing 1.5lakhs ..but others fees itself one lakhs and above...Read More
