My College

The neagative impressions are the faculty and the infrastrucure of the college. Th positive impressions are the college provide good training for placements and preparation of programming languages like C and Java.

The course cirriculum is very hectic. We have 7 to 8 subjects including labs in each semester. Our semester constitutes of 5 months. We have two mid examinations per semester and the best of two are selected and added along with the semester examination marks. Mid exams are for 30 marks and semester exams are for 70 marks. The equipment in the lab are still the old ones which were being for the past 15 years. So all the equipment wont work properly leaving all the students in confusion.

The placements in the college are awesome.Indeed, last year the largest package was 17l.p.a by Mathworks. The college provide better job opportunities for graduated students.Along with the placements the internships are also good. According to my knowledge our seniors got internship in infosys last year. The companis like ZOHO, Teradata, MAathworks, TCS Digital etc. offered placements in 2019-20 and companies like Mathworks, Valuelabs and Wipro Turbo offered internships offering a stipend of 1lakh,15k and 15k per month respectively.

The are numerous events that take place in the college every year. The technical and cultural fests happen in the month of Feb-March. As a part of technical fest we have technical workshops, hands-on workshops from various large platforms. As a part of cultural fest we have flash mob, Traditional day, DJ Night etc. We genearlly have fest for two days in the month of March which is hosted independently by each department in college. Various companies act as sponsors during the fest. Students from various other colleges also attend the fest. The participation is humongous.

I am an SC candidate. I get fee reambursement every year. So i need not pay any fee. But fee for other students is feasible. It is 3500$ per year for Non Residential Indians and the same is for foreigners.

I am eligible for Telangana ePASS(Electronic payment and Application System Of Scholarships). I usually get 4500 per year. I am eligible for it since I belong to Scheduled Caste (S.C). I generally have to apply fresh application in the first year of course and in the subsequent years I have to renew my scholarship.

We have extracurricular activities like planting trees, NCC, NSS, Sports events etc. We have a humongous sports complex in our college which has all kinds of sports like table tennis, swimming, carroms and well spaced courts for basketball, volleyball and grounds for cricket and football. Mostly boys play cricket and football whereas girls choose to play Table tennis and badminton. Political student organisation like ABVP hold protests in college in case of any injustice regarding student rights take place in the campus. Students of all religions are there in our college. Foreign religions are also there in our college.

Our college alumni is awesome. They deliver funds for the organization of fests every year. The take active part in getting information of all the events that take place in the campus. They share their experiences that they face in the corporate world and give us tips regarding our future nad caree.

I got admission in JNTUHCEH through EAMCET. I got seat in this college under SC category.I got 4955 rank in EAMCET.I chose B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering as it is my field of interest. Graduates these days have a large scope after B.Tech and thats the reason I chose B.Tech.

The faculty in the college are not very much satisfiable. Only the senior professors teach well. Rest of the faculty complete only 75-80% of the syllabus. The teachers are not very qualified enough to teach the students.
