Into the life of GITS

College management is organising a large number of activities and courses for all the students who are very commendable. They ensure overall development for each of their students.

Relevant courses are taught in each year. As per compulsory industrial training/ internship, industry-specific knowledge was gained by students. Also, training is organised by in-house faculties as well as others by other trainers. This gives us a big gain on securing an on-campus placement.

BYJUs, Thermax, V2Solutions are some of many companies that visited for the campus placement. Recruitment process- Written-test, Group discussion and final interview. 65-70% are tentative marks of the students placed.

Cultural events include- Annual fests, Fresher’s party, celebrations on different occasions. These are organised by different clubs formed in the college. Sports event- It is organised by the Sports Club of our college. Our college students participate in the mentioned functions. Sci-Tech is organised by our college where school students from all over the city come and participate.

It is around 35k-40k per semester which is quite feasible. Payments by the accounts section are accepted through cheque. No, there is no additional charge to secure an admission. Yes, college is providing every detail according to the fee submitted in every semester.

Yea, the college provides different scholarship programs to the students. Since I did not apply for any scholarship, I have not a full idea. But scholarships are based on percentages and government schemes, and they follow the given procedure.

Campus life is quite enjoying and a little strict. Attendance has to be maintained. Gender ratio would be 60:40 for boys and girls respectively. There are many extracurricular activities to improve overall development and other skills. Sports activities are organised keeping the enthusiasm alive. Innovation, incubation centres are always open to welcome your project ideas and execute them. Each student respects others in regards to cast, culture, race. It is a safe campus for all.

Our college seniors are super interactive and available for any help. They treat us no less than a friend.

Electronics and Communication engineering was a subject that interested me to made a career in it. It provides vast knowledge about today’s world of automation. In my city, I could think of this as the best college. Admission was done on the basis of REAP. And the same procedure was followed.

Around 15-17 faculties in our department. With experienced professors and teachers. Faculties are thoroughly experienced in their proposed subjects with practical knowledge. Lectures do hold industry - experience and certifications.
