Being associated with geetanjali institute of technical studies(GITS) over a period of three years i can proudly say that gits has excelled in providing engineering education by creating enthusiastic and engineering learning environment .
Course Curriculum Overview
It is a four full time course having a 8 semester . this is a professional mechanical engineering degree course which fulfils all the pre requisites required in engineering industries . various subjects starting from engineering mechanics ,mechanics of solid ,machine design,fluid mechanics ,hydraulic mechanics,automobile power plant engineering,etc help you to devlope the fundamentals required to become a mechanical engineering professional.
Placement Experience
GITS has well established training & placement cell which starts grooming the students right from the second year by organising various grooming classes from time to time .further GITS have done MOU with a number of companies which provides training in specific field of engineering before conducting placement drive.as an exmple thermax an Q&M company in their filed of power plant provide training
College Events
Annual function , fresher's party ,farewell party, Sci-tech,lohdi festival,holi and deepawali festival ganesh chaturthi and vishwakarma jayanti, sports week etc are organised & celebrated in GITS campus. these evets are so joyful that the students eagerly waits for these events to be celebrated.
Fee Structure And Facilities
you are provide the print outs of the fee structure mentioning the fee break-down, and the fee can be paid in two instalments by cheque or cash.fee structure same has all batch collage.it's quite reasonable .it only good thing is that my overall expenditure is around 4 lakh.
Fees and Financial Aid
firs student have to apply for education loan in the bank and a varification letter by GITS is issued to the student.
Campus Life
according to the most important thing is that you should enjoy the environment that you are in so that engineering studies do not seems an academic pressure . here at GITS you will find everything you need ,including all sports activities , well maintained playgrounds, cafeteria,gym and library, fully equipped with digital content books magazines.

GITS maintaining a well defined Alumni cell and provide the platform to interact with pass out students.
Admission
you have to appear in joint entrance exam first then following the rajasthan engineering admission process reap conducted by RTU . in this process you have to deposit a fee of rs 700 and jee marksheet. along with this you have to fill the preference choice of various engineering collages of rajasthan. after completing my senior secondary having a science and math as my subject i had decided to opt for mechanical engineering as my graduation field .
Faculty
all the faculties having field specific specialty ,devote their time helping you out .minimum qualification of teaching faculties is M.tech and many of them have doctorate degree . all the faculties of mechanical engineering department at GITS are quite open to new thing ,helps you to become more creative & excel in your studies.
