There are positive and negative about my college. You will get the best experience of a college there but you will also feel like a boarding school sometimes?. But overall its a great atmosphere to study in and best part of your life
Course Curriculum Overview
Yea it’s pretty good out there. Almost all the teachers have doctorates and the college is given A+ by NAAC. There is a great library. The exams are semester based. No it was quites simple except you will have 2 internal exams per semester
Placement Experience
No. They don’t conduct job fairs.they want us to steady more and then go for a job. They conduct some exams from IT companies like wipro from which few get a chance to work there.they get around 15000.
College Events
We celebrate almost every festival and there are lots pf union programs per year. Holi and Onam is celebrated greatly. Christmas there aree a few programs. We have festival names fozlava in which students showcase there cultural talents
Fee Structure And Facilities
Its a govt aided college you have to pay around 2000/year as fees and separate exam fees is there around 600/sem qbd there is also aself financing dept where the sem fees is around 13000. Its almost feasible
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a system through which you can provide your documents and get concessions on your sem and exam fees. Then there is state and central scholarship. In one you will 10000 per year and in the other you will get 12000,18000,24000 respectively
Campus Life
Different departments conduct various workshops by inviting great guests to our college. Cultural items are given high priority and sports is the main focus. Because they are given great training and win almost everything they can get
Hostel Facilities
Yeah there is hostel facility.It has the larget capacity hostel in kerala. Around 6-8 hostels are there. 4 for boys and rest for girls. Its on sharing basis. 2-4 memberswill be there in a room. pG are also available
Alumni/Alumna
There is a wide network named FOSA for our college alumnees. Its spread across the globe. They conduct reunions once in 3 years and certain programs abroad also. They funr certain charities also. It is a well known organization
Admission
I wanted to do Bcom but i got a seat for BBA so i joined because the college is good. Then my intrests changed a lot. You have to apply via online and then they put out a merit list. There are 3 merit lists in total
Faculty
They are quite educated and as i have already told most of them have doctorates and stuff. They try to help you in every way possible but you have ti be good students to get your internals ?. They use digital classes also
