The management of our college is very good. And now a days we are facing issues in conducting class due to the increase in student and less availability of class room. Except it most of the thing is good enough than the others.

ILEAD one of the best UGC recognised management college for management studies. We have various interesting management courses for UG and PG too. And our college have the premium infrastructure and currently some construction is on progress to extend the campus area as now we are having a lot students in college.

The college will be giving opportunities to all students for internships in different institutions from the end of first semester in 1st year. And it’ll will be continued till the 4th sem. And from 5th sem you gonna get most internship from the college. You also can find own intern by taking NOC from college itself. The being honest on placement is provided by ILEAD. But I can say you can change your lifestyle.

Various events take place in every semester in every department of our college. And in few Events the colleges from outside takes part in various programme. Our college also get in touch with various college for programs and Approx 50-60 seminars get conducted in a sem.

Yes scholarship programme is available here and I already mentioned it previously. The characteristics of getting scholarship: People who doesn’t have a suitable income to get continued with the study. And the student also need to maintain 65% marks in previous board exam 10 and 12.

The Gender ratio of our college was likely 4:1 before 2019 but after that it became 6:3. The number of students will be approx 1200 We are invited to few workshop. Cultural society of our college is also very well nourished. The diversity between students are fine, no ragging in campus, smoking is prohibited within the campus. The college serves only veg menu in 1st campus with a Chaina Town in the ground floor. The second canteen of our college which have the combination of veg and non-veg foods. A family saloon in attached with our college.

No our college don’t have any hostel but college is tied up with some local PGs where we stay. Even one also can stay up to him/her where he/she wants to. Few apartments are involved as PG with a good infrastructure affordable and luxury @5K/ month, etc.

Yes we didn’t meet much alumni, but whom we got they are really helpful. The alumni network of our college is strong enough.

I got to know about the college via google and it provides scholarship to the suitable student. After Board examination and results I took career counseling where I got interest in BBA and also because of the reference of my school senior who is the student of ILEAD. The reason behind choosing ILEAD is that it gave a real insight of both management and media. Here I chose BBA as my undergraduate course, because I was always interested in having all the knowledge about a business environment and ILEAD was the correct choice for me. During my orientation, I was scared and thought of not having a single friend in this college but today I’ve a lot friends in college including juniors too.

Our college conducts as two sections for a class if the number of student is huge. Like if I say about my class, it’s BBA but we have 2 sections sectioned as A and B. The faculty members come earlier in morning and conduct class from 8 AM. We have class for 4 days in a week from Tuesday to Friday and the other section Mon- Thursday. For each day we have 2 /3 class per day and each class for 2 hours. Like study 1 hour then break of 5-10 minutes and the second half will be continued as same. And for all the freshers for all PG and UG students Personality Development Class by the president Mr. Pradip Kumar Chopra will be taken every Monday. And Monday is formal day for us. We have foreign students and the students come from all over India to study. We need to maintain 50% attendance to get allowed in external. The minimum 75% is compulsory to sit in external its by the board(MAKAUT). If any students are down 75% then to complete 75% student is bound to pay 500/- per percentage. Unless he/she will not be able to sit in exam. And for the Scholarship students they need to maintain 90% attendance to sit in external.
