College management was not very much good. Good but slow.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are so many streams like electrical mechanical civil electronics etc. These are the basic streams that almost every student wants to get these streams. Yes, these streams are very much relevant for my career. There are a lot of opportunities to make you a good professional.
Placement Experience
Yes, we used to take summer internships after our 6th semester. College would provide you 2-3 months after the 6th semester. You may apply to any company or Institute of your choice for an internship. Placements records were not very much good in our time.
College Events
Yes, there are a lot of events like official freshers party for the fresh student in their 1st year. Sports week, a lot of games were played during February and march-like cricket, football table tennis, carom, basketball, hockey, etc. A yearly festival taringini also happened.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is almost expensive. You have to pay around 35k for one semester. Payment is accepted through online and offline modes. There is a bank inside campus named state bank of India, you may deposit your fee at the beach. Yes, there is full transparency.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I was not able to avail any scholarship programs. But there are also some relevant programs for students. There is a Procter section which means the main center of college activities. It issues to notice when applications are invited for scholarships. There are different eligibility criteria for different scholarship provider institutions.
Campus Life
Campus life was like campus life. It's only up to you and you only how you enjoy it. No of boys was higher compare to girls. Don't have an exact idea about the gender ratio. Yes, there were a lot of workshops organized by different departments for the students. That workshops helped me a lot during my work in my company. There was a good environment related to gender tolerance and ethnicity. There was no discrimination about religion, caste, and sex. So I'll conclude that the campus environment was very good about each and every aspect, you asked me above.
Alumni/Alumna
My seniors were very helpful to me, in the beginning, they were rude in behavior, they were just playing with us. They helped me in my academics also, during exam time.
Admission
I got admission through the state entrance exam. The admission process is through counseling. During 2012-13 there was an exam called rpet Rajasthan pre-engineering test. On the basis of rank and score, you would be invited by the college for counseling and basic admission procedure.
Faculty
Faculty members are best. There are some permanent faculties and some are guest faculties. Guest faculties are also enough expertise in their own area. And of course, they are very easy to access. Permanent faculties have wide and vast experience in their streams. They were the best.
