Honest review of YIT Jaipur

Good remark- it was nice experience,college followed proper schedule and timetable, Provided all necessary requirements like teachers,workshop on time, computer classes, time to time events and hostel was good.not as home but better Bad remark-fees was more for poor and low classes families. Not strict action taken some times on bad students

On 15th August 2012 first time i went to college on the occasion of independence day. Next day it was off So our first class was held on 17 august 2012 as that time it was admission time still students were coming witb allotment letters. So there was not any study classes for next few days. It was semester system that time means, 4 years course will complete in 8 semesters. In every 2 semester 1 year will complete. My stream was civil engineering. But for 1st year of all streams there was common subjects for all so all branchs were held combined. In 2nd year all students seperated on base of stream/branch selected while applying for counselling. All classes held according to time table and schedule. There was some industrial visit according to syllabus, as my stream was civil engineering so we went to a flyover construction site with our HOD. All practical help in labs and in field as well as. We went to ongoing multistorey building construction site to know about real experience and actual experience. We learnd all miner and major part of construction and main point to be noted.

Honestly every college shows too many students got placement in very big companies.but there actual condition is different. Almost all colleges have specialist in any one or 2 stream. Like my college was known for civil engineering. I saying with honest on basis of writteb only few students got select in interview for any company who came for placement in campus. Too few students got placement in some companies but they show as too many students got selection. For my college almost no placement in civil engineering. Only few placement from CS,ECE, branch only. Yes we had intership As my stream was civil engineering so we went to PUBLIC WORK DEPARTMENT for summer traning at an on going building construction. It mandtory and to be done with honest as it all for us only.

All kinds events celebrated in my college. Some were compulsory Some were option There was annual day, sports week, In Sports week all kinds games played according to students interest. Republic day, independence day,gandhi jaynti,and all other important days celebrated. There was some technical festival also celebrated in which mainly mechanical engineering students participated. Many event were compulsory to attend.

Fees structure is little expensive but yeah it was totally transparency as it comes under RTU KOTA. That times it annual 72000/- college fees and around 55000/- hostel fees per year Yes it was 7500/- security fees for college and 6000/- for hostel fees(both were refundable) i got refund when it completed my graduation. That time when i was studying all kinds of payment method accepted (as i used all) Like cash, cheque,direct bank transfer, Demand Draft).

I did not qualified for any kind scholarships and load as i belong from General category. I could not apply for scholarship because i belong to general category and scholarship to be give only student who belong from SC,ST,OBC,MCB category. No matter GEN category students too poor No one cared

Yes i Opts Hostel, There 2 blocks in hostel one for 1 years students and other for rest years student. Almost All rooms were for 2 person. And some were for 3 persons. All rooms with furniture,bed, almirah,attach bathroom, balcony,well ventilated. There was separate hostel for boys and girls. Purified water,cold water,2 times food,2 times breakfast,tea facility during exam in night.in summer cooler facility. There were many PG around college Rent was around 3500/- to 5000/- per head per month

On annual day some alumni students invited per year They guided us for future,there experiences,what to do and what to do'nt When i was in first year than our senior always guided us, They always welcomed us when we ask them anything about study,workshop, project. Yes they were always helpful

I passed 12th in PCM, in 2012. In that year there was an entrance exam for get admission in colleges for engineering courses.like JEE,AIEEE,RPET. I passed RPET exam and got college on basis of my score in RPET. When i received Allotment later i went college and took admission on 27 july 2012.

As my branch was Civil engineering. There was many teachers during 4 years course. Some were we brilliant experience in teaching as well in field as they were retired officers in railways,and other higher department. Some were brilliant in teaching with no working experience as they choosen teaching than working. Some were new who were just started teaching but there were brilliant in their class. Some were with more than 30 years teaching experience. Some of them were main writter in many books related to that subject which they were teaching
