My college

There is nothing best and everything have negative and positive thing so my college have both.Like when we talk about positive section my college is pretty strict in academics,every teacher is very honest with there duty and don't waste there lecture so they focus on completing there course with other things also.But on the negative side there are not much technical events in my college or any social trips I think they need to focus on that.

Actually my college is affiliated with Rajasthan technical University and the course for very year is decided by that University itself.The course basically covers all the research sections in a particular branch. And the course consists of new and emerging technologies in a particular field.There are 2 mid terms that are managed by college itself but the final exams or semesters exam are taking in different college that are also affiliated with Rajasthan technical University.The exam duration is 3 hours. The exams also consist of labs or practical in college itself for mid terms and end semester also.

There are good placements opportunities for cs and it companies,but the placement for branches mechanical and civil is not up to the mark.There is above 80% placement for cs and it branch.The average placement of branches goes about 400000 but the average placement of all branches falls down to 275000.The college doesn't offer any interesting opportunities. The student have to manage their own intership.

There are main two culture events that take place in my college one is aadhar that take place in odd semester this is a one day function and in this many technical teams are prepared mainly for freshers and judges are called to decide the winner among different teams. The event is Arohan this is a complete week event that consists of many events and this event also outer college team participation is allowed.Other than that many inter department events take many monthly wise. Several festivals are also celebrated in college.

The college fees is decided by Rajasthan technical University and for even semester it is of 38500 and for odd semester it is of 40000.I think the college fee is not expensive in comparison to other engineering colleges but the fee also depend on family status, for some one it can still be expensive or for someone it can be feasible, that completely depends on family status.

There are not any scholarships that I know off,but there is a facility of loan that is offered by my college in association with HDFC bank that provides loan on student overall fees with 0% interest and the loan interest starts after 5 years since the students completes his/her graduation. And the student can also apply for loan in different banks there is no restriction that a student have to take loan from HDFC ONLY.

There are many extracurricular that take place in my college like technical rounds,and several events based on festivals. Several workshops also happen in inter department level.There is fix lab for every batch per day, and my college manages a 3hour session every week based on aptitude,English speaking etc. Speaking of gender ratio there are more number of college in IT and CS department than any other braches but number of boys is much greater than number of girls.

Yes I have opted for hostel for one year and the hostel rooms are shareable between 2 students each.The hostel consists of gym,library,mess with breakfast,lunch,high tea,dinner each,volleyball ground,basketball, canteen.The hostel seats are very high in number of seats and the student can also choose there floor and all the rooms are equipped with coolers.If any one needs to leave there he needs to just tell the warden that he needs to leave the hostel but he needs to stay for one year whole,otherwise he needs to pay one semester fees for nothing.

Yes we have a complete different association for alumni handling works that is known as PAA which is an acronym for poornima alumni association. This association handles all the work that comes under alumni work and manages all the alumni interaction programs to interact alumni with all year of students in college.

I'm from Bhilwara,Rajasthan and after completing my 12th and after giving my jee exam and getting results of both the things,then I visited the Jaipur for my B.Tech degree and after that in Jaipur I visited few colleges in my college I was offered IT and EC branch based on my marks and other colleges were offering me different branch but I have to take IT branch because I want to see myself as software engineer.So I opt for IT branch.

There are separate faculties for every branches and each branch have different teacher for every subject.The college faculty are pretty strict when it comes to studying and teaching students.But when it comes to fun between teachers and students in events teacher show there full enthusiasm also.The qualifications of teachers quite vary on teacher to teacher.But there is a complete selection process for teaching that consists of interview of teacher and the teacher must consists of a graduation degree.
