Remarks
Placement scenario is very good. The college area is small. But college has Indian Coffee house in the campus. There is a railway station behind college. Canteen facilities are good. Grounds are well maintained.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is good, but needs some revision. It is already being done and new subjects are getting introduced for the freshers coming to college which are very useful for students. There are 2 class tests followed by an end-semester exam. Then there are practical (labs) exams.
Placement Experience
The best thing about NIT raipur is placement and job opportunities. If you have a decent pointer and a good aptitude you will surely get your desired job. There is 100 % placement for many branches. I got an internship at UnitedHealth Group with a stipend of 35,000 per month.

Fee Structure And Facilities
feasible. The fees got hiked when I got admission in the college. Fee structure depends on your category. If family income is less than 5 lakhs then your fees would be negligible. There is remission for SC/ST and OBC

I have not availed any scholarship so I dont know about it.
Campus Life
There are sports facilities. We have basketball court, football court, volleyball court. there is a gym near the basketball court. There are a lot of activities organised by clubs like aavartan, eclectika.
Hostel Facilities
I opted for hostel. All the rooms are 3-sharing. Food is not very good, but edible. Hostel seats are limited. you have to score a good pointer to get a seat. There is reservation for hostel seats too.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni base of NIT raipur is very strong. We have our seniors working on many big firms. They share necessary information for the juniors. Seniors have always inspired and guided me to make strong goals and improve my skills.
Admission
One has to give JEE-Mains exam. Then there is an official Counselling procedure where you have to fill your college choices in decreasing order of priorities. Then 1st round results are announced. If you did not get your preferred college, then you can choose float option, otherwise choose freeze. Then you will be directed to reach the nearest college and book your seat.
Faculty
Some of the faculty are very good in terms of experience and practical knowledge, but there are also some professors who just wants us to follow the curriculum and pass the exams. New faculties are coming in and they are trying there best to improve the teaching quality of the college
